- Finally! We have a new particles system in Cinema 4D 2024.4 and I´m more then excited about it.
Let´s start with one of the coolest effects and advect some particles with the pyro advect modifier in the new particles system.
I´m also super curious how Insydium and X-particles will compare to the new natice C4D particles and will create several lessons about that in the future.
Disclaimer: For now I can say, that X-Particles are (of course) way more versatile and powerful, but... this might change in the near future and Maxon is doing an important step here, to implement a better powerful particles engine.
Exciting times, for sure...

Irre gut! Danke dafür ❤.
Super cool!
Amazing! I remember back when I watched Harry Potter 5 in the movie theater back in thr day, I was so amazed in the end fight Voldemort vs. Dumbledore, that huge water orb that Voldemort was trapped in was so amazing and I wanted to recreate it. It looks like it's finally possible to achieve an effect like this at home! Beautiful
Yeah! Thats cool and I hope you can create something beautiful!
It´s morbin ´time! (Just wanted to say that)
Holy shit this is SO cool!
Thanks for your appreciation🔥
Cool🍀
cool
holy nice tut mister m
Thanks mister dinor🔥
My version of 24.4 adds a Pyro Output control when I add the simulation tag and the output is completely different to your version at 2:54, I really want this effect, but my smoke doesn't behave in anyway like yours even from the default start.
Hey bonfire how does the new system look next to x particles I know it’s early but the core of it seems solid.
Yes, I would say: supersolid core and everything is nicely integrated and clever.
But of course it still lacks lots of features, XP can do at this point.
Its a great first step and already powerful, but don't expect that it can do everything XP can do at this point. But this can change with every next update
@@3DBONFIRE I figured that would be the case! Also wondering how you increased the viewport detail of your pyro simulation. My voxels aren't as clean haha.
alright!
Alright, ok, alright, ok!
