@@marwanmustaffa4894 Yeah, I’ve had mine to 115 kmh also with a little throttle left. I’m thinking my stock scooter will go about 120 kmh. These little 150cc engines are pretty incredible
@@roywalls5595 I’m not sure where in Tx that is but I lived in Seguin Tx for 5 years and loved it. The deer seemed a lot smaller in Tx. I know that goes against everything is bigger in Tx statement 😁
In Illinois, it is a nice campground, although most campgrounds that I have been too has been good. It’s just nice to get away and try and recharge the batteries a little bit
In my experience, the lower center of gravity and position of the engine makes these scooters WAY more stable than a dual sport. Most 250 dual sports are uncomfortable at 55mph and can't reach 65 mph! There is NO comparison to underpowered, overpriced 125cc mini motos.
That goes for the bigger dual sports as well, my CRF450L gets uncomfortable above 55 (though it has the power to go a good bit quicker if you really wanted it to). It’s simply not what they’re designed to be good at.
The waiting for the new bike to arrive is always the hardest part 😂 For the first 100 miles just try and keep it below 5k rpm, from 100-500 miles keep it below 7k rpm. After 500 until 1000 miles no redline. After 1k miles it’s fully broken in. When breaking it in be sure to vary the throttle all the time, don’t hold a steady speed for any length of time, that’s critical to proper break in. Good luck with your new machine, I’m happy for you 👍🏻😊
@herbiesgarage681 thank you, I'm a total newbie so I'm trying to learn as much as possible. I'll only be using it for a couple miles a day to and from work on neighborhood roads and a short street with a max speed of 35mph lol.
@herbiesgarage681 the waiting is definitely the hard part. I went with Venom and fully assembled, so it says 4-6 business days. I'm hoping it isn't too long.
@ i’ve ordered several motorcycles from Venom and they usually say up to 10 days. I usually get mine around 7 to 8 days and those are working days. It just depends. On where in the country you live.
Hello 🙂 I wanna know for how long do you own this bike ? & Do you recommand it mister or not Can i rely on it for long rides or not bro 🙂? Sorry for the long questions 😅
Hello, we’ve owned it for about 4-6 months or so and have about 500 miles or 800 km on it. I do highly recommend this scooter, it seems to be of very high quality and has plenty of power for a scooter. It also gets fantastic fuel mileage. We haven’t had anything go wrong at all and I do think it will be reliable for long rides. I’m going to try and take it for a long ride to see how it does. Take care my friend
Herbie- new kp 150 rider. I find it hard to down shift to lower gears as I approach stopping. It's like the bike is stuck in a gear and doesn't display a gear or neutral. Any advice? 150cc SS3.
@@BobNiebuhr-c4n That is very odd, have you checked your oil level lately? Also clutch cable adjustment is critical. When you pull the clutch lever in at a stop and put it in first does it want to move?
@@BobNiebuhr-c4n Give it a little time to break in and do an oil change soon. I recommend Shell Rotella T4 15w40 oil. If after several hundred miles it’s still doing it let me know please
