The Division 2: Rifle Build - Aces and Eights (Year 6 Season 2 2024)

After TU22, some rifles became fully automatic. Add to that the "Aces & Eights" set now becomes usable with rifles, so we have a deadly combination.
I prefer using the "Boomerang" talent with M16A2 and the "Rifleman" talent with ACR SS.
Using the vest gives us up to 50% amplified damage.
The Ninjabike backpack with the named gloves "Eagle's Grasp" gives us 15% magazine size, 20% rifle damage, and 15% weapon handling, and the named kneepads "Fox's Prayer" give us 10% damage, 30% accuracy, and 8% DTOC.

Highest burst and sustain dps on rifles, average burst dps on this thing is on par with dread edict on 20 mil dps

You should go to your settings n change how it shows your damage to "floating". Especially if you're gonna make these videos. Just a suggestion. Cant see what damage youre doing.
