How to Add/create additional columns in the Data entry sheet, i mean in your excel you have used department only, can you help me to add additional columns in the same excel like, Unit, Division, Manager name, Grade/Band etc..
And also multiple dropdowns in the Output sheet based on the additional columns added.

Great video. Question: if there is nobody in one box of the 9 grid, sometimes the whole line dissapears, how do you fix this?

You can adjust the "Filter" function to show blanks when there is no result.
