@@failvids4all This may be quite late, but still, this is what I found out about my Cybergun Deagle: The hopup also did not seem to work with my replica. BB's fly all over the place. When I peeked through the barrel (after having it taken out of the assembly), I only saw a round hole and no sign of any hopup bulge whatsoever, regardless how much I turned the screw. I opened the unit and could not immediately see anything wrong with it. The hopup should work, as I could move the screw and get the tensioner onto the rubber, as expected. So, I closed it and then noticed that I could check the functioning without having opened it. There's a small hole at the top, where the tensioner arm and screw meet. So, I took a thin hex tool to puss onto the tensioner arm and looked through the barrel: there it was, the hopup bulge. Then, I turned the screw a few times. Now I discovered the problem: the screw did not actually move the tensioner arm, as it is supposed to do. I put some offset pressure onto the tensioner arm so as to allow the screw end to reach that condition, as it did not get to that position yet before. That did the trick: now, the screw end touches and retains the tensioner arm properly and the hopup bulge is visible through the barrel now.
