Fair Warning: Although TH-cam is the platform where I am able to share these totally FREE videos, my productions in this BTI EPISODE SERIES are by no means "typical" short, TH-cam videos- cranked out quickly and often to maximize profitability; They are full documentaries made with time-consuming care and attention to detail and therefore require more time to produce. If you don't have the time or patience for such productions that run longer than the typical, quick- 'in and out' videos... then this series is not for you. Feel free to change the channel... the power is in your fingertips. There is plenty of the others out there for you to enjoy.
If you enjoy in-depth, high quality productions that are worth the wait - with facts about Elvis you have never seen before... then you have come to the right place. Bon Appétit!
...And a BRAND NEW - ELVIS" BEHIND THE IMAGE series will also be coming soon; It will consist of short, bite-sized stories that are fun- but don't fill a full episode on my original series. BE SURE TO WATCH FOR IT!
REMEMBER: The ONLY way to be notified of this and all my productions the second they are released is to subscribe, and THEN click the notification bell.

Thank u Bud for these very wonderfull video. Watched them all day an watched them again. He's is a Beautifull human being. I felt so sorry for him cause u could tell in some of the videos how sad an lonely he really was. It broke my heart. I luv Elvis very much. An wished he could of filled his dream as being a gospel singer. You could tell that was what he was meant to do. I don't think his life would of turned out the way it did if he had of done gospel . RIP. Beloved Son, father an husband. Ex husband rather. Thank u again Bud you did a super great job that couldn't of been done no better.

I met Vester Presley in Oct of 77. He still guarded at the gates. He told us stories of Elvis, he was kind to the fans. We were there the night they brought Elvis' body home to Graceland from the Cemetary after some men tried to steal his body. There were only a few people, it was at dusk, and it had been very secretive. The only reason we knew, is because the waitress at a local restaurant, her husband was a security guard at the cemetary and told her. She knew we were in Memphis just to see Graceland. It was a very special occasion in my life, to be there when Elvis came home for the last time...

Yep, that was our Elvis . It was never about his looks , although they were to die for ...it was never about his charm and charisma, although he had both in spades...It was never about his beautiful God given voice, although it touched our spirit.
It was always about his heart and we fans could see right into it. Sounds impossible doesn't it , and yet it was so .
Thank you for this video, it was beautifully done. Elvis's echo will never die.

    Great video!! Thank you!
I met Elvis at a Vicker's gas station just down the road from Graceland, in July of 1975. We talked for about 35 minutes about many things. He was friendly, funny and willing to talk. What a great person he was. He told me, during our conversation, that he loved his fans and knew that he fans loved him as well. For a celebrity with enormous fame, he was really down to earth. When talking with Elvis, you never got the feeling of how great a celebrity he was...he talked to you as you would talk to a friend. He truly was a great man!

Theres video of him at Vickers here on TH-cam, they said he bought 58 cent worth of gas lol. Also theres pictures from that night with a cpl fans and you can see he had his gun/s on him under his jacket. I was at Graceland a few months back and got to see his motorcycle helmet that had a chip in the visor where he got hit by a bottle rocket playing around at Graceland. I do believe its the same one he had on at Vickers. Thats really awesome you were there and got to meet him!

It was January of 1965. I was in the Navy and stationed at NAS Memphis (Millington) about 30 miles from Memphis. On one weekend I was able to leave the base and managed to get into Memphis. Being an Elvis fan I decided to go out to Graceland. Graceland in those days was out in the country and I rode the bus to get there. I walked up to the main gate for a look at Elvis' home. I was actually standing by myself at the gate as the few other fans there were down the fence line some distance away. I remember the surrounding fence was like a stanza of music with musical notes attached. Security guards in colorful pastel shirts, with large cursive EP emblems, were wandering the property just inside the fence. I believe it was around mid afternoon. As I stood there the electric gate started to open up and I was hoping to get lucky and see someone leaving Graceland. To my surprise a new black Chrysler 300 convertible approached from behind me. Elvis was driving! He stopped the car next to me. I was standing right at the passenger door. He opened the the driver door, got out of the car, looked me in the eye, and said, "Thanks for stopping by". I was caught completely by surprise and too dumbfounded to even answer him. He was wearing a jean type jacket with an open collar shirt. He looked absolutely like I had seen him in his movies, maybe even better. He then drove in to Graceland. The whole incident lasted only about 30 seconds. He was more than friendly and gracious. I was in uniform and maybe that's what caught his eye. It was an encounter I have never forgotten.
Last year, after 57 years, I finally returned to Graceland. Of course, it was entirely changed. The two land road in front of Graceland was now a major thoroughfare. It now is a huge commercial area with Elvis memorabilia everywhere. But one thing had not changed at all! That gate and the spot where I met Elvis was as I remembered it. The fence is now a solid rock wall but the entrance is as it always was.
I still enjoy the man's music to this day. It warms my heart to see much of today's younger generation discovering his musical genius and talent.

I loved EP as a child. I was only 8 when he passed. My Dad woke me up at 11pm to watch the news. I looked at my Dad and said "I didn't believe he died". I was so sure if it and went back to bed. Not sure why I felt so strongly he was alive.
My son in the 90s liked EP because I played his music and there was a resurgence of EP music in Disney's Lilo and Stitch movie. My two youngest children grew up listening to his music too. Today, I hear his music again in restaurants and shops. His music is timeless.❤

Im proud that he did....what a great example of a true Christian and a great heart. Even if you are not s Christin one can clearly see this man was. Wow someone like Elvis comes once in a lifetime times a hundred what a special man I was never a big fan back in the day like a lot of other people were I was more into the harder sound of rock and roll but who can deny the power and the magic of this man as I look back I realized all the tidbits that I skipped over

You did such a great job with this. I have just subscribed. As an Elvis fan my entire life you hear so many stories as well as different versions of them. Things omitted or added. He was si gracious and humble but as you said he was also a human being. The one thing that was always true was that he would feircly protect those that he loved. For him to forgive them speaks volumes to who he was as a man. I am so looking forward to the rest of this series. Thank you so much for sharing. TCB 👑⚡️

What A riveting story.. so well put together. Can't believe I'm just now seeing and hearing this. Fantasticly and creatively documented Bud!! As a performer myself I can only imagine how seeing them at the special might have negatively impacted his performance! I wish there were a few of his guys still around so we could quiz them on if he commented to them or anyone about them at the show. Now that would be 'the rest of the story'. Thanks again for an amazing look into the personal side of Elvis.
