Isaac Clarke is like Ash from Evil Dead 2. Where they're pissing themselves throughout the whole experience, but also clearly a bit fed up at this point.
That whole set-piece with the gunship and the brute is still so darn cool. Dead Space 2 could be in my top 10 games of all time. Also, out of any suit (master chief's, samus', megman, you name it), the Advanced Suit in DS2 is my favourite!

If there is ever a remaster of Part 3, then it would be a great idea if they made Ellie the co-op partner. In general, it would be great if they took the opportunity to change some things in Part 3.
At least the emotional part worked. Got weaker, then he battles not only necromorphs but his traumas, only to get stronger. Too bad dead space 3 had that focus, instead of knowing Clark better. Or at least, focused on carver, whos still affected by markers
Every DS game was a banger. #3 was kinda ehh but i loved it nonetheless. Think i replayed it a ton with my brother cuz of the coop. If DS3 was done as a spinoff, it woulda been better imo and did 3 differently
this game's story is nothing but cool setpieces with little connecting tissue besides tunnel vision. it represents everything people joked about in regards of modern gaming
