i think the most realistic game is Richard Burns Rally. when you initiate on asphalt that kick is dramatic. sounds are far better than any other game. i totalled father's car to the trees and that booms was exactly like in that game. also it's the only game, where car shouts like a gun like real racing cars do
Other sims have some kind of wow effect, but literally none feel like LFS. It is the benchmark sim.

You can disable just go into settings and disable braking assist. Its somewhere in driver menu thing and also disable abs on the car.
