Rules annex 1, positioning of lights, hight above deck, separation. Radar plotting and what information is vital from plot. Aspect is most important as to know the action which is going to be taken as you might be abaft his beam. Smarty board, rules and definitions. Certification, who issues which, validity PSC why is it important, what do they check, four pillars, difference from flags state. Manoeuvres, Baltic moor, Mediterranean moor, running moor. Approaching a berth with off shore wind. Anchor and cable, marking, testing and certification. Just to mention some of the questions I was asked.
