      +Megan Sweeting Poor you AND him. ZERO Judo was taught. Demand a refund. What a waste... Not you, but the video. It saddens me to see things like this. Calisthenics can be done anywhere. Judo SKILLS cannot.

      I go to the budokwai and we literally do 20 minutes of this before starting the judo. The budokwai is one of the top places to study judo in Europe and has trained a few olympic medallists. I suggest you do your research before commenting.

      @@sn00ch Yeah technique is all that matters, nevermind if your students are strong or fit enough to do them safely (also warmups are important?)

    These improvised exercises are much more dangerous than lifting weights with proper form.

      They're using only bodyweight and it's not an 'improvised' exercise. Have you never seen duo top training that the marines do? Come on man.
