Does anybody else remember playing the demo of this game on ps2 there was a disc made by Sony that had several demos of games on them. Wow man I can barely remember it because I was young 😢 miss those days. I played the demo for this game and just rode around in the start area for hourrrrssss
If you love the game - check out "Reign Over Me" - an Adam Sandler film where it plays an important role in the background. One of Sandler's better performances, up there w/ Punch Drunk Love, Uncut Gems. The game is very interestingly included in the movie for reasons you should try and figure out for yourself. It's maybe the prime example of a game in a film as important art and cathartic meditation, without shining a huge spotlight on the game. More just treating it as an important part of someone's life. It's a cool crossover of media, you really don't see in film, quite yet.
One of the best games ever. Ive played this game with my dad and brothers when it first came out. I still have it on the PS2, PS3 and now the PS4.
