Bought tears to my eyes. Lovely gentlemen as we're all the wrestler s. Grew up watching them on Saturday afternoon. Thank you all of you for giving me me so much entertainment. Watched all of you many times at the Queen's hall Derby Monday night's. God bless you all.👍
Rocco being very old school was still in the mindset of protecting the business. Kayfabe was installed in them to keep outsiders away. Exposing it would of killed them. With the advent of the internet and Vincent McMahon coming out and declaring it entertainment changed everything. Pro Wrestling has been a work all the way back to the 1920s But was portrayed as a legitimate contest between personalities who you were pre disposed to either love or hate That's how they sold tickets. Total respect to Rocco for upholding his beliefs, despite the curtain being lifted many years prior.
@@cdwattie I can only presume that because it was how everything was. That his mindset was being a slight on his integrity by smartening up the general public. Totally understand your line of thinking. Possibly similar to those who are apart of the magic circle
These guys were stars, great entertainment, watched by all the family. Legends all.

Excellent insight into the business for wrestling fans - some very funny stories!
All 3 of them are gone now , But all 3 were great in the ring
A brilliant interview....just a pity about the breaks in the transmission.
Fantastic story's.
Rocco was the most agile wrestler I ever saw. His matches were always worth watching especially with Marty Jones. Superb talent.
Dynamite kid was better
RIP Mark Hussey (Rocco) 11/05/51 to 30/07/20.
What a great wrestler mark was. A real technician in the ring, & one fine man.
@@stephenmurphy4809 Blimey I didn't know he'd died. RIP Mark Rocco! Always great to watch
Such a shame , didnt he also wrestle as black tiger in japan ?
loved the baddies best. Such as Rocco, Fit Finlay and McManus
Brilliant Interview
They all loved the lime light as would be actors "with pain" nice to see them as real people.
Absolute Gold.
As Peter(Kendo) said a few years ago.." I suppose you all know that it's a show"!.
Thanks for another great upload
Glad you enjoyed it
Both Bobby Barnes and Mark Rocco said they believed it was real fighting and if it wasn't, then no one had told them?🙏
Mick was an absolute Legend. Boooo🤣
When did this air?
Not quite sure it was around 2010 or 2011
