I can't believe you just started sewing!!! I have been sewing for years and still make mistakes so that is so fine...You did a wonderful job and no one would know you just started sewing!!! I just got a Kindle for Christmas and I don''t have any time of cover for mine. Yours is beautiful..nice job. Have to pay off Christmas for my kids before I can think to buy any type of cover for mine. TFS!!!
pretty i usually line u the side edge with the edge of the fabric then adjust the needle position so it sews where i want it. i find it easier to keep straight that way you canbuy a quarter inch foot whichworks well cyndi

just sew the whole thing closed leaving a 2 inch or so opening then afterward pull it inside out then you only have a 2 inch opening to close. and you won't be fooling with the edges for 30 minutes getting it straight. very cute!

Love this tutorial... Do you think a little piece of velcro could help it to not to open in case you put the clutch in on your purse?

So cute. You can alway sew in a peice of ribbon and sew on a button to keep it closed.
