I second, I evaluate what I am interested in against what I am able to find. And what manufacturers are willing to ship me. If you are interested in brand new models, kindly request the manufacturers to provide me with samples, rather than me.
The EA500LM is noticeably warmer than the SPM4. Supermix's sounds cleaner, clearer, and with a bigger soundstage because of this without sounding too lean. I prefer the Warm/Richer tone of the EA500LM's personally, but for some genres the clarity of the SPM4's is nicer. The EA500LM's do sound sibilant in some tracks though and the vocals more recssed than the SPM4's. Hard to chose one over the other imo, as it could depend on your mood. Do you want a warmer sound with less technicals and sibiliance, or a cleaner, balanced sound. If i could get rid of the sibilance and sharpness, id take warmer-tonanlity.
Definitely more sound coming through on the SM4. The 500LM sounds like the you're in the kitchen walking by the entry to the music room with a curtain drawn compared to the SM4 being in the music room.
I have both and honestly i am telling you 500LM is very pleasing sound compared to SM4 , you get 10-20% better on high but mids and bass is better on 500LM, stage wider on LM bur deep on sm4 , i found resolution 5% better on sm4, for game SM4 but for music 500LM is better by 50% surprising elements like the way instrument presentation on LM, SM4 try to deep the details but enjoyable is 500LM, with price double.. by the way i add one more filter on 500LM, but supermix 4 you can’t do anything, you like it or not you have to listen with , mean you can modify LM so easily with your test of music…

Lm is less natural because of the earlier rise of the pinna. They should bring the SM4 tuning in their dynamic drivers as well
supermix4 vs em10 plz

Whenever I listen to Supermix 4 - I hear this bright burst in the upper midrange, even in this comparison it is noticeable. So poisonous and sharp.
Who is the singer of this "Kiss of Life" cover? I really liked her voice, wanted do listen more of her songs.
Found it! Grace Mahya, Live at DUG. Cheers!
