This house is every where. I know this house very well. It’s a nice house but I did not like all the builder grade stuff they put in for the price. I built my house for 250,000 2800 square foot. On the same amount of land during the pandemic. Everything I put it was upgraded. The price was what made us build.
@@villaschannel hey! Buying a home cash always gives the sellers more confidence and sometimes they are willing to drop the price. I can’t guarantee how much but we can definitely get you some sort of a deal
Treed lot is exactly what I am looking for, but valuted ceiling is a no, too much wasted space. same with electric appliances they are a no go, tear out those crummy things. the sliding door is a criminals dream entrance and a water leak hazard, that open concept kitchen is bleech. Walls look weak, like my nephew could punch through it and he is five. For me I expect my forever home to be my castle, constructed of strong material not built like an outhouse with thin walls. They built stronger houses in the 50s. That walk in no door shower is meh, the white cabinets dont match the faux granite countertop. You can fool most people not a geologist. Vinal floors, again you screem overpriced, laminated floor would be better. Too close to DUNNELLON fl, are you trying to push more people into that geological sink hole trap? The carst topography of that area will cause you overpriced 400k investment to drop. That house alone with the features 275k to 325k not over 400k.
A lot of those trees would have to be cut down, a white vinyl fence around the yard, and both porches would have to be screened in for that price. If a hurricane comes thru, those trees will be right on your house! Also, it's nice until they start clearing land and building houses all around you.
Dont be a fool, you can cut and plain those trees to turn them into a strong fence. You want to add more plastic to the environment, again a foolish idea. Second some of those tress might be old growth which might be homes to owls and other endangered animals.
Great video Renzo. Love the treed lot. The house is framed perfectly within them.
Hey Keith! Thanks for the feedback
