    I did Barbados twice and had a ball. JamCan, you can take the city bus and get a better perspective of the island.
    Barbados is relatively flat and has a slight incline as you head towards the country. The island is very small and you can basically change from bus to bus and see various sceneries.
    On the buses, you get to intermingle with local folks and get a better understanding of the island. I recall being told the southern coast is rocky where the north coast was the opposite. Barbados is also the closest island coming from Africa as it is the easternmost located. They are also primarily an Anglican country, so they never experienced occupations from the likes of Spain, France, or Holland.
    Like you, I did the seafood at Oistins (sp) and some other nightlife activities. To put things in perspective, Barbados is only 166 square miles compared to Trinidad (1,980) and Jamaica (4,500). So, Jamaica is about 25x the size of Barbados.
    It’s a beautiful safe gem. Walk good, bro! 💪🏽

    • @JamCan6322
      @JamCan6322  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh yes, with a population of 280k, it is 10% of Jamaica, but it reminds me of Jamaica in the 1970s. Very British, I must say. A few said that we Jamaicans are aggressive compared to Bagians.

    • @Delitewon
      @Delitewon 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@JamCan6322 Well, it’s actually about three percent of Jamaica. Barbados is a dot to put things in perspective: about the size of Gaza.
      Jamaica is in the belly of the beast - hence the heavy injurious penetration of CIA which infiltrated politics and made Jamaica become the way it is today. Remember that Jamaica was also destabilized economically by the CIA. It’s always easier to control a people by causing them to constantly fight against each other.

    Barbados leadership was busy educating their people. Jamaica leaders were busy building ghettos and political enclaves. Barbados deserves all accolades she's getting.I come to believe Jamaica leaders have no shame. They take pleasure governing ignorance, slums and criminality.

      I agree with you 💯 Barbados don’t have the bangarang and Pasa Pasa politics like Jamaica , they are a beacon in the Caribbean and now is a republic and all now Jamaica can’t turn republic yet ! Now all those criminals joining the PNP party like they don’t have enough criminals in the party already , with Phillip Paulwell and Silvera now buju and Kartel join the party and so call attorney at law Buchanan who spend time twice in American prison , is running for office on PNP ticket ! No role model in PNP party to turn them down ! SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️
