Lol, don’t worry. Once you start your world tour you will see how quickly you will become competent at driving in almost any conditions. I can’t say I ever get comfortable, but I always know that I can do it.
Islands are always very expensive I worked lived in Honolulu Hawaii for three months fast food, groceries, gas was expensive you learn to budget loved the experience but I got Island fever after the three months craved being back on the mainland every place has areas you wanna avoid gotta use caution everywhere great information 😊

There aren’t many snorkel rental spots but it is possible to get snorkels if you take the boat tour at Carlisle Bay. And you can rent snorkels at Folkstone Marine Park.

We try! It actually annoys how only Americans ask me the safety question. Mostly because the US is so dangerous. they believe everywhere is somehow more dangerous. I hope to prove them wrong statistically at least.

No, I wouldn't say the mosquitos are particulary bad in Barbados, just normal precautions are fine.

Yes, we learned to budget on Barbados! Usually we spend freely. We definitely could do that there.

I don’t think we saw a single person on bicycle in Barbados. The roads aren’t very bike friendly unfortunately.

We honestly don't know. We didn't see any lgbtq discrimination, but we also didn't see any welcome signs either. So, we can't really say.
