I’m curious, how do you get your body accustomed to eating so much healthy food? I’ve noticed that when I try to eat better, I end up taking in too much fiber and it makes me feel sick. I try introducing more fruits and veggies slowly, but I find the same thing happens. I’m so interested because you eat all this yummy, healthy food!
