    Really appreciate the help here:
Has **** been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Does this include citizenship for another country??

Hi, What do I do if my application was refused due to answering "NO" to statutory question 2(b) on IMM form 1294. which is "Have you ever been refused a visa/permit/denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country. As for the question it wasn't clear to me during the application. Thanks

The question on your wall is a case of an approved visa application that was withdrawn or cancelled at the point of entry into USA.

Doubt on similar Question on canada work visa form : Have you ever been a member or associated with any political party, or other group or organization which has engaged in or advocated violence as means to achieving a political or religious objective, or which has been associated with criminal activity at any time?
My doubt: Does everyone who was a member of political party has to answer YES on this ?
    Thanks

hello, I was denied a Schengen visa from a Germany embassy in Dubai back in 2012. The reason for refusal is that based on my itinerary, I was not spending the most days in Germany. I was advised to apply to Netherlands embassy instead where I was spending most of my stay. Schengen Visa was issued in Netherlands. I was permitted to go in through Netherlands and was able to fulfil my Europe tour. Should I answer Yes to question 6d and 6e? Thanks in advance.

in addition, I have answered NO to the same question in my IMM form 1295 when I was applying for my work visa. Will this be a problem?

    Dear Mark,
That's very informative. But what if someone's application is returned back due to incomplete application? It's is neither refusal nor withdrawal.
