I am from bangalore, India. After graduation I have a job experience of 3 years which matches a noc code (skill A) exactly, then i did MBA for 2 years and then again I worked for 2 more years in a MNC but not able to find a matching noc. The closest is skill level C. I will get reference letters for both jobs. Am I eligible to apply in express entry. Kindly reply.
My second job has the following responsibilities-
Modify existing programs in accordance with the current industry best practices.
Implement and suggest fixes to any technical issues or defects raised by the testing teams.
Assist with the preparation of design specification documentation.
Analyze, construct, test and configure process definitions.
Use flowcharts to translate business logic to technical configuration.
Perform unit testing and document the test cases for new programs.
Assist in the deployment of in-house processes and programs.
Provide application support for data migrations and business testing.
Collaborate with other teams and support their ad-hoc requests.
Participate in regular code maintenance activities.
Attend project status calls and communicate the discussion to concerned team members.
Researching,designing,implementingandmanagingsoftwareprograms
Writing and implementing efficient codes by evaluating new programs.
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing the modifications.
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems by deploying software tools, processes and metrics.
Working closely with other developers,UXdesigners,businessandsystemsanalysts.
And the first job had the following -
1. Assist and work closely with other software programmers and developers in modeling, modifying, integrating and testing codes as per the business requirement.
2. Assist other co-workers in the development and documentation of logical and physical programming specifications.
3. Assist in identifying and communicating technical problems, processing and finding a solution by modifying existing programs, reprogramming and debugging of programming codes as per user's requirement.
4. Assist in researching and assessing of different software items by collecting and preparing reports and documentations according to client and business prerequisites.
5. Direct, assign, co-ordinate teams of programmers and assist them in reviewing of projects and programs.

I have a 10 years of work experience of Manager at Honda Bike Dealership and I was hired by the owner of the dealership in my city. Will it be considered as my work experience for the Express Entry as the Dealership is only like a shop or local store rather than a Company?
Does paid internships are considered as work experience for expres entry.?
One more question the number of work hours in case of self employed skilled worker, Should it be 30 hours per week for every client or this time can be divided among different number of clients?
Please advice what to do in case if the employer has wind up/shut down the company and it's not possible to obtain the reference letter.
I have a few questions related to the work permit visa application outside Canada. Please suggest something for these questions:
1. Employment reference letters:
One of my employers is not giving me the employment reference letter on the format described by the IRCC.
I have an experience letter on the company letterhead from this employer on which the designation, the period of my employment is mentioned along with the signature from the HR department, email, contact, and address is also mentioned.
The things which are not mentioned are the number of working hours, annual salary, type of employment (permanent full-time, etc), and the list of responsibilities/job duties.
Please suggest if my existing verifiable experience letter is sufficient for the work permit visa application or should I add the job offer letter, employment contract, and last month payslip along with the experience letter from my past employer in one PDF. Is this work? Please suggest if there is an easy way to give proof of my work experience for the work permit visa application.
Apart from this, If I am able to take the reference letter from my former manager on email thread(without official letterhead) then this will work? And what else I need to attach with it? Please suggest.
2. Employment records:
For the employment records, it is mentioned that the employee needs to submit the employment paystubs for all of the employers.
How many payslips are needed to be attached? Can I attach the last six months payslips only Or if all the paystubs need to be attached?
If the employee only has the last six months' paystubs along with the official bank statement which highlights the salary deposited every month can I attach the bank statement with the paystubs of the last six months? Please suggest.

I have claimed for 3+ years work experience in which i worked as trainee engineer for 8 months, assistant electrical engineer for 18 months and electrical engineer for 14 months ...i have 2 options. Option 1 - get letter from office saying i worked for 3 years as electrical engineer and attach last 6 months pay slips( and not attach offer letter saying trainee engineer or promotion letters ). Option 2 - get experience letter mentioning all 3 positions and attach offer letters and promotion letters . Which option is better ?

Will IRCC accepts digital/pdf version of my experience and reference letter?
My company no longer issues any physical copies of experience letters...They only issue letters in pdf format through email. However, these letters contain official company letter head & logo, Name & signature of the manager and official email id and phone numbers in it.
Please kindly let me know if this is accepted by ircc.
Otherwise, Should I take print out's of my pdf letters and again scan them and upload them to make them look like physical copies?

I was looking through the letters of employment I have, only to realize that the one from my part-time work didn't have my employer's position stated in the letter (but everything else were there). Would this be a big enough issue for IRCC to warrant requesting my previous employer for a new one, or is this permissible?

Hi Mark. Just wanted your advice on selecting my NOC for my designation. I am a proposal/bid manager. I have over 5 years’ experience in the field of marketing and business development, working in roles such as business development coordinator, communications consultant, business development manager and then into this role after being a bid coordinator. I was wondering if this comes under one NOC and if so which one? Or would they be different NOCs? Hello, not sure if you respond to comments but just thought I will post it, Can I submit the documents, that I submitted for PNP, to ircc? I had submitted all the documents to OINP, and the documents were dated 4 months ago, is that still valid or should I get the documents again? I had enough challenges to get these documents the first time, so, just wanted to make sure that I have enough time to bother them again.
In essential workers stream (non-health care), I need to include essential duties in addition to the lead statement and main duties. What are they?

if we held multiple positions in same company, do we need different reference letters for each position or just one reference letter for both positions and mentioned tenure for each position and list all duties?
Hi ! I have worked for 6 companies during 11 years of work. I have worked in company twice after after some time. Should my experience letter from this employer with whom I worked for 3 positions-Trainee,Engineer,Sr. Engineer) (two stints) be printed on single LOR or 3 different letters,here it is to mention that duties were the same. Moreover, all the LORs from 6 employers should have different set of duties? My Noc throughout remained same-7245 but my designation kept on elevating. Hi. I'am a professional painter with Master's degree. My main income for years is working with galleries, selling paintings, exhibition, auctions. So I don't work at gallery (full or half time) but at my studio. So can't show that I've worked 40 h in gallery lets say. Is document from gallery showing that from this date to this date or still, I've worked with gallery, description that I was working as an artist with this gallery, sales of my works with titles and dates, sign of gallery owner will be enough? Or what should I show > What kind of document?
Do email address is mandatory on the letter head format of the company.I got an experience certificate from my company which lacks email id of the company but has phone numbers.Could i submit to IRCC.
I always try to get letters from employers that are 100% complete with all the information requested by IRCC. However, sometimes this is not possible. In these circumstances, you are taking a risk submitting the letter without the email address. However, this risk is extremely low. I have never personally seen or hear of an application getting returned because an email address was missing from a reference letter. However, anything is possible these days.

First Job - NOC Code 2281 - 2 year 8 months
Second Job - NOC Code 2281 - 6 months
Third Job - NOC Code 2281 - 1 year 10 months
Fourth Job/Current Job - NOC Code 2171 - 2 years and counting
I am applying under NOC code 2281. Do I need to provide reference letter for my current job as well, which falls under NOC code 2171?

Unfortunately, I can't tell you whether or not it would work; however, when you have nothing else to rely upon, contracts and other offers of employment (including copies of the original job advertisement for the position) that list duties can help in your attempt to prove your duties and the proper NOC. Hi Mark. My company gives work experience in its letter head but with only the latest designation in it. I have been in 3 designations including the trainee before reaching the current designation. All are in the same noc. Do i still need to mention about all the designations in a LOE or i am i good to go? Hi Everyone, Hope someone can help me with advice with my case,
- I have been working with a company (A) for 7 years,
- but in order for the company to not engage with me, I had to sign during this period with different "Contractors" ( A total of Four sometimes for the same position)
- These Contractors are mostly HR's, basically they just get payed to pay me and don't know anything about my job, position or duties.
The Question Is : Should I ask the Reference Letter from my managers on Company (A) That knows what I did, or from My employers that are only there to do contracts and pay me.

Yes...however, you need to make sure to explain why it can not be placed on company letterhead. It will always be up to the officer to determine whether or not they will accept the work history.

i received my ITA 1 month in advance b4 completing the 1 year Canadian experience. i noticed that my points increased suddenly and after digging i understood they gave me the points . so i accepted the ITA , do you think its an issue. i have 90 days and i have not submitted my e-APR yet. i was thinking i will submit in aug 1st week cos by july 31st i will complete 1 year. please advice

Are the reference letters required to be on official company letterheads, even if I am self employed ? I got my clients to agree to sign an experience letter, but they are not the ones writing the letter. I am sending a letter to them , for reviewing and signing and then sending it back. Does this count as 'documentation from third party individuals' ? Along with these experience letters I have invoices and payslips. Is this enough , if I am a freelance web designer ? I don't think its possible for me to get an 'official letterhead' since I only did freelancing work for my clients.
