    Hi Hardit, thanks very helpful video. I have a doubt where in the chat in input background where the user types his query how to enable attachment icon? and how to configure it.

      Hi Preethi.. there is a separate input for attachment and you will have to ask user if he wants to attach an attachment only then show that input. Please let me know if you have further questions

    I need a create a subcategory the choices of which should populate from category field.Whoch node to use here ,when i static choice node there no option in it to give dependent value.

    Hi Hardit, I have tried creating the workflow as you did. I tried in the UTAH release. As there are some additional functionalities and options. I have created the workflow, but when I test it, it shows like this in Virtual Agent: [preview only] Your test phrase triggered a different topic. Go back to the NLU Settings tab and make sure this phrase is tied to the correct intent.
    I have installed the plugins as you suggested in previous video.
    Could you please help me out?

      Hi Nikhil,
      It will be because you had activated NLU in your instance. If you are using NLU, you might have to give correct keywords while creating the topic. Otherwise, go ahead and switch off the NLU functionality. Let me know if further help is required. Thanks!

    Hi , when user chat through virtual agent and ask for update for his incident it will create an interaction. I want to link that interaction with the incident .
    Can anyone know how to do this?
    If a incident created through virtual agent then the respective interaction is showing on the related list of the incident . But for update case it's not happening.
