Wow by far the best video out there! Do you have one in how to do email layout? Especially how to add a layout to the RITM and SCTASK email notification?
I was testing this out just now and I ddin't find any created records in the sys_user_has_role table for the user that gets the time limited access. Do you know where these role to user relationships are created? Because looking at a user record who has a time limited access, the role list is empty.
I think 5 ACLs are enough for last 2 columns we can create * ACL and give role c?

And also In Flow Designer , flow reporting settings I'm able to see the two options only
Hi Hardit, In Xanadu version, those options are not showing, then what options we need to select. The options are a.) Runtime states and durations only b.) All configuration and runtime values (For debugging only)
If the user is having Admin role show only priority 1, category-hardware, state - new tickets. (before - query). please can you tell me this requirement
