Goran, I appreciate your innitative. That's the first video I saw in ServiceNow Agent and guided to use default Agents. Thanks and waiting for your next video. :-)
Good video. I myself has started working with Virtual designer and struggling a bit with all the APIs that are available for scripting. It is not documented well in documents or developer website as well. I will request you to give a quick demo of 'how to build a VA topic', which could help people like me get started with VA designer. Thanks again. Keep up the good work. 🙂
Hi Goran, Thanks for a great tutorial. I have one question though. When you changed the the application from global to ITSM, How did you get the drop down list on the header of the page? I don't seem to have that on my admin home page. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
Not sure I understand your question. But if you are talking about the application selector, then it's something you can set up yourself. Just click on the cogwheel on the upper right and under "Developer" tab, you activate the "show application picker in the header".
Click on 'settings' button on top right corner. Now click 'Developer' from list. Enable 'show application picker in header' Then close it. You got your application picker in header.
Hi Goran! I am trying to implement the Virtual Agent for my company as well. Just to clarify, is this a non-production instance or is there a test/dev environment where I could make all these changes and try stuff rather than completely messing up the actual interface? Would really appreciate your insight on this. Thanks.
Hello Goran, I am trying to create footer in the service portal but in the theme section, the icon is not available in my account to add the footer. Can you help me regarding this?
Hi, Kind of the wrong subject for this video, but it seems very strange. Should probably need to see a picture and so. Why don't you post it on the community.servicenow.com and we'll see it here. If you want, you can post the link here and I'll take a look later on.
Ahh thanks for the idea. I'll remember that for the upcoming videos. Good thing about it here is that it's the oob flow, so you can see it on your own instance as well. :)
Hi Goran, both of your videos are much helpful for me in designing of VA. But for this video I am not able to replicate it as I am new to catalogs also, so can you please help me in implementing this.

Hi, how about using your own PDI to play around see what you can do?

When I follow your steps, I do not get a gui representation, but a code page once I click edit the topic flow. Any idea why?
That is really weird. Never seen that before. if you want, send me snapshot of it to goranservicenow@gmail.com
As Göran suggested, resetting the instance repaired the issue. Funny stuff.
Goran, it would be good if you would zoom in your browser a bit. On my mobile screen, the elements look somewhat small. Thanks

Hi Abhishek, I would really live to, but I sadly don't have time for that.:(
Nice video
Good video but please improve audio.
