    Great demonstration and explanation of the most efficient sequence. I began implementing these concepts a year and a half ago, and I not only hit the best shots of my life now, but my joints don't get sore anymore. This is the exact lesson that every golfer needs on day 1 of learning the swing. Start with this, then all the arm and wrist motions can be learned and integrated into this sequence very easily. Great job.

    i did this and my driver went from 90 And it hit over 100mph just with that little pause `in the back swing 1 , 2 and 3 is the down swing created a nice rythem it also help square the face it slow my back swing down thanks for tip
