In the 64th episode of Demystifying Design, I'll be redesigning MyChart!
The goals of this redesign were to make it easier for users to:
    1. View relevant details for upcoming appointments.
    2. Check in to my upcoming appointments.
    3. Schedule a new appointment.
    4. Chat with my care team.
    5. View my past visit doctor’s notes.
    6. View any test results taken recently.
    7. Access my account menu, settings, etc.
This entire redesign took me about 2.5 hours to complete (over 1 day). Hope you enjoy!

Glad you found it useful! The why behind the design is really what you need to get good at design and I was in sore need of that when I first started

Hi Marc, Destiny here again. I noticed you have got the Figma File for this design mixed up too. It's the Libby file that's in the Link

Hey Destiny - unfortunately for this one, I accidentally over-wrote the MyChart redesign with the Libby one. So, this file does exist sadly...sorry!!

You have re designed a web app into a mobile app UI. I guess the guidelines for both will differ. I have rarely seen bottom app bar in a web app. Never the less, the UI looks good and clean

Yeah, this UI would necessitate a different set of development tools for the mobile site. Kind of like how if you go to facebook on your phone without using the app you still get an "app-like" UI

The twitter web app uses a bottom nav bar when accesed from a mobile browser. It's not uncommon. App or Web UI if it's mobile, I always prefer having the bottom nav bar.

    It doesn't work.
