Hello Toshiya! I just discovered your videos and found them very interesting. Writing from Chile, we are now in Summer and it is mainly warm (some days extremely warm plus some fires around that do not help at all ). Today is fresh (coastal city) but warm days will be back shortly. You are very good at cooking. Congrats!

    Hi Toshiya-san!
Ok I finally got what you meant - buckwheat noodles = soba 😂. I was a little "lost" with what you mean buckwheat noodle in the previous video comment. The one that I usually have in Japanese restaurant is the cold soba dipped in tsuyu. Hot soba looks interesting as well Will try later to see which one is better. Hope your channel will grow bigger.

Jesus that company is working you too much man. Glad to see you getting to spend time with the family though. I work in agriculture and often wonder what the work culture for that field is like in Japan

Yeah, it was happy to spend time with family☺
I'm not very familiar with working culture of agricultural business in Japan, but I have heard that it is so tough physically. Need to get up so early and there are lots of physical work as well
