- Thailand's constitutional court has cleared former prime ministerial candidate Pita Limjaroenrat of violating election rules.
He was accused of holding shares in a media company that was prohibited by Thai election law but argued that the outlet had become defunct years ago.
His Move Forward Party won the most seats in last year's election but failed to form a government.
He will now retain his seat in parliament.

One of the only countries in the world where the clear winner of the election doesn't become the prime minister for stupid reasons 😂😂
Agree.. giving up a promising young leader equals to giving up young generation!
Ahem... Constitutional rules 😂
Totally Agree!
@mrrayong-jg2vn I live in Thailand too 😁, 5 years now❤️. The people, the food and the country in general are great, but the political power and the one running the country isn't so. I feel like they don't fully understand what 'democracy' mean.
@@nattanonkertprakob they still insist on being call a democratic country though. How can you be a democratic country if you let the, clearly, a majority vote be pushed out like it has no value and step on? If that's the case, then they can be anything BUT a democratic country 😑 cause what they did was no where near it.
พิธาไม่ผิดแต่แรกอยู่เเล้ว กฎหมายประเทศนี้มันเพี้ยนๆ
ฉันขอเสรีภาพและประชาธิปไตยแก่ปวงชนชาวไทย

I hope the political situation improves soon. The good people of Thailand deserve better.
it's not a complicated story at all.
The best❤❤❤
Please correct your headline, he is not former PM please
Recently, they dissolved his political party. And for sure in the future we will grow even bigger for the future of Thailand's democracy.😢✌🏻🇹🇭
What kind of leader is he? His beliefs?
At least somehow, the outsiders understand the political situations in Thailand. What will be like without the leader of the opposite party in the democracy competition.
Thai 🇹🇭 green curry 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 made me hungry 😋
Has Thaksin spoken about this man and his popularity. He seems to want to help the people. Why not join forces and seek common ground? There's enough money to go around.VAT gained everyday is a massive amount of money that goes where? Social security? Repairing roads? Schools?
Competitive Autocracy
I already did too much and never got paid for it , why do it again ? I can't think of any reasons personally , its just not worth it to be an american
Thailand is governed by a democratic system with the King as Head of State. We have laws protecting the king. Because we have three things that make the Thai nation sustainable today and not become a colony of anyone: the nation, religion, and the institution of the monarchy. Everyone who comes to live in Thailand Must respect this law.

Bless all you the good news rejoice Jesus Christ the son of god is returning soon. The son of man and son of god had done wonderful then like helping the sick and injured, wake on water, cast out demons, feed the many, make the bline see, and raise the dead. Believe Jesus died for your sin with his blood. Buried for three days. An on the third day rose in a glorified body we to will have in the rapture. Repent your sins or face gods wrath of the great tribulation. There be 21 wraiths and if your there in this time don’t take the mark of the beast and accept death in faith to Jesus Christ. The mark be on forehead or right hand. Please spread the message…….
