The way you two sniff out history just amazes me thanks for doing the hard work and sharing this great video history hunter and eagle eyes I hope all is going well with you guys
Wow...what you did was historic. To find that cold... Remember, the German responders probably had smoke and fire to guide them. That was a BMW round engine. Probably from the wing, as the center one was most likely obliterated. That corrugated aluminum really is iconic. You're going to have every warbird enthusiast as viewers if not already! Many thanks.
At the start of the video when we see EE it made me realize just how much he has grown in so many way since the day of the little boy and his dump truck playing while Daddy metal detects :) That was an amazing find so much of it still left. EE I can't imagine walking to the store in 24C let alone climbing over all those rocks! Great job! Can't wait to see the full kayak video, stay healthy and safe dear friends.

Yes , those pieces made it all worth it. Tough hike it was and very warm. EE did so well out there that day and very proud of him. Thanks so much Allen for your great support :)
EE, HH, guys. Seriously awesome work! Such beautiful, and spectacular, terrain, with some gorgeous ocean views, but, experience knows how hard it was to travel over, especially with that boggy ground. But you did it! EE's Special Power strikes again! Finding just a few broken pieces of aluminium would have been enough, but finding that piece of the corrugated skin was just solid confirmation you got there. And then, the shattered engine was just the icing on the cake. Really amazing finds! And to think, you guys had probably walked in the footsteps of the German recovery team, who would have had to trek over the same country, looking for the same pieces of aircraft. Only 80+ years apart. Just an amazing piece of History Hunting. Thank you both for the time, and effort, you put in to bring us these amazing locations, and finds. Cheers to you both! Great work!
It was a very tough one indeed. So warm. Engine was the very best for us and we loved the explore. We might have walked the same path yes. Thanks my friend and more to come :)
Remains of the engine was a fantastic find along with the other bits of frame. Certainly a good walk for you both to get to that point, stay safe out there my friends. 👍👍
What an amazing, successful explore, HH and EE! When you found that engine, I was so excited!!! I love these explores, I feel I am right there with you!❤
Finding that iconic piece of corrugated JU52 skin, put the find over the top. Then, finding the engine with the crankshaft and connecting rods exposed, was another great experience. I can’t wait for more videos. Thanks for all your all of the great work.
Hey Eagle Eyes, I dont do very well in hot weather either so I know how much you pushed through and completed the mission. 👍..I want to see more of you. 😊
That is such a fantastic find! Who would have thought that that engine part would have survived all those years without being taken or further damaged by the locals!! Not only were the views breathtaking, the amazing discoveries were too!! Another absolutely stunning exploration! Keep up the great work!
Such a beautiful loction once again, so very different from 80 years ago, in the deepth of darkness that was WWII. How wonderful it must have been to find the first piece but it had to be really exciting to find the engine pieces. That was a lot of work to get to this beautiful location. It’s hard to believe that something so tragic could happen there. Am sure if you had more time you could find a lot more. Great job guys.

Hi HH & EE, The Junker JU-52 was indeed the workhorse of transport aircraft. The walk to the location was not in vain. It is a great find the parts of the aircraft.
A relative of my was JU 52 Pilot during WWII and he and his copilot missed the course from Italy to Tunisia after a party with a lot of alcohol the evening before. Very early in the morning they saw an island and this island was Malta. They expected after to get shot down by British Spitfires but the English slept and no enemy fighter came and killed them. After landing in Tunisia they celebrated their second birthday. He survived the WWII without any injuries and he was a funny guy! Greetings from Linz Austria 🇦🇹 Europe!
I grew up in an area in New Zealand very much like that, near the sea but not as much boggy areas. Funnily enough pioneered by Scandinavians! The "TanteJu" is my favourite WW2 plane, with the corrugated aluminium.
The area you two are in is quite beautiful, but rugged area...what a location for an explore! I suddenly realized how EE is growing, he has gotten quite tall!! You found it! Parts seemed to be everywhere in the rocks! That aircraft really came apart. Parts of the engine found! I could make out the shark fin on the mountain. I imagine the explosion of the fuel must have been a large fire. I was thinking about how much aluminum the Germans used in so many items, where did they get the bauxite raw materials for the production? Great adventure and share guys!
Totally beautiful area Donald and it was a tough hie but well worth it. They got materials from all over Europe i guess. Loved it and thanks for your very kind support Donald and take care out there :)
