  • This is part two of my Ayahuasca experience at Rythmia in Costa Rica. In this episode, I dive deeper into the heart of my journey, sharing the incredible ceremonies and how they helped me make sense of everything in my life. For the first time, I found peace with my OCD and experienced profound breakthroughs that were nothing short of life-mf-changing.
I was able to look at myself from a different perspective and feel so proud of myself. I felt so many feelings that i've always needed to feel. The medicine shows you what you need. Not what you want. It was nothing that I could have ever dreamed of. The medicine speaks to you in your own language, the medicine is the higher version of you from my perspective.
I also talk about the powerful role of the shamans, who guided us through each ceremony with wisdom and care. Their support was essential in helping us navigate the intense self-reflection and visions, making every moment a transformative experience.
Every moment was a revelation, and I'm thrilled to continue sharing this magical experience with you. There's so much more to uncover, so stay tuned for part three, lolol the journey is never ending.
    Love you always
    xoxo,
    Jenna

Self worship is great, as long as ones morals are true.

How were you capturing the downloads and answers: by taking notes or recording?

I would go back to my room after the ceremony and record videos of myself retelling everything that happened :) I was way too tired to journal.

I want to listen to you, but I can't handle the zillion "likes" that are every other word. I can deal with some of that, and even use that term myself, but judiciously. What a bummer because I think otherwise I'd really like this video you've made.

Well don’t listen. You didn’t even have to make that judgmental comment.

@@user-kf9zl3mg4u I'm just trying to help her out. A habit like that could really hinder her and how people perceive her.
