I'm just kind of mad about NF. It's still fully usable in Comp and Quickplay so the sunset was virtually useless for the most part. On top of that it's bugged right now so that it can 3 tap regardless as long as it's within 40 meters or so. That, and that I worked my ass off last season to get it...

@@Mario998plays Izanagi was also pretty long, Truth was pretty long, 4th was timegated so it took pretty long, etc. The reason the listed exotics aren’t in there is because A.) 3 of them were available literally just last season and B) the two secret quests will probably rotate in and out with time. Also Outbreak quest was not long at all, just hard due to the mission.
Heir Apparent is coming in a future event, not sure about Whisper/Outbreak but I’d imagine those need to return. Witherhoard and Effigy were Arrivals content not sure if it’ll enter the random exotic loot pool
Polaris Lance definitely falls into "I just really like this gun". One of my all time favorites for pvp and pve, but there are definitely better options.
@@lonesnip3rwolf It's a random drop from rewards, usually higher chances from Nightfalls and end-game content (which I assume is still a bit far from where you're at if you're new) Xur has a chance of selling it each week (this week is Cerberus+1 for example) so always keep an eye on his stock! You can also get them from the exotic engram rewards Xur sells and from the ones given with the season pass level ups. It's a matter of luck, I had bad luck and ended up getting it as my second-to-last reward from the engram (you can check the "pool" of rewards and you'll keep getting a random new one until you have them all)

You know Tommy's Matchbook gains accuracy and has less recoil while hip-firing. You aren't supposed to aim it. Also when paired with Devour on Voidwalker and Ophidian Aspect gloves, it becomes a monster.

It's literally a normal scout rifle that takes up your exotic slot that makes you move a little faster and gives you third eye. Hunters have plenty of stuff that makes them move faster, why waste a whole exotic slot

There's this one guy in our clan that mains devils ruin with that one hunter exotic arms, I never say no to PvP with him and I never want to go against him. Absolutely nuts
@@skoogadoo the ones that buffs sidearms (and hand cannons i think). I believe they give you increased handling and stability when you swap to your sidearm. Something like that, idk I barely play hunter
2:16 as someone who rolled with Eriana’s Vow in PVE 99 times out of 100 from the day I got it in Shadowkeep to having to power up for this expansion, this is super validating. Thanks.

Le Monarque in my opinion is GOD tier when paired with Oathkeepers and apparently when you have certain Stasis mods you could just one shot in general lol it's the one exotic that got me my first We Ran Out of Medals

Leviathan’s Breath, with the right perks, along with its insane damage, can get work done. I mained it since it came out and it never let me down. I only let go of it because of beyond light, but even then I still use it because of its knock back and damage dealing potential. I’m willing to bet, that if it ever got a draw time decrease, you could one phase Taniks in DSC.

I'm surprised Le Monarque wasn't put higher in the list. In Gambit it's a deadly Bow for ad clearing and honestly fantastic for picking off when invading
Keep in mind that Sturm is very strong in PvP right now, it has the highest range of any hand cannon in the game while also having very smooth and manageable recoil compared to other 120rpm hand cannons
I like how everyone sleeps on le monarque, nobody expects it in PvP and it can rack up so much damage. I might be a bit over exaggerating but it is my favorite exotic and I love it to bits, if you have it in your vault then please give it a try
It is down right oppressive if you can land your head shots. I lost like 3 games pushing for legend in comp to a team that had an extremely skilled le monarque user and on the smaller maps it was just nasty you stay one shot so long it’s hard for their team to not be able to push in and clean you up. I spent the entire series against them hugging walls like my life depended on it...because it did!
One of my favorite guns to use rn in pvp is sturm because the buffed it to a 120 rpm and slightly increased the range, if you run it with the catalyst, you can be getting 90+ headshot damage from 30 to 40 meters away, I feel like sturm is really overlooked. The fact that nessus isnt vaulted means you can still do the quest.
As long as you understand the concept of trading aggro and hitting/running, and pack void+splash resistance on your armor, this week's Nightfall is farmable for some relatively easy prisms. But it is very brutal with that increased void damage buff
I am as well, but I have been working to get the materials I need for the monument. One things that is super helpful for my grind right now is the ghost mod called "great core harvest" and you can get that for any of the core activities (Strikes, pvp, gambit.) They reward enhancement prisms for doing certain things within those game modes so if you want to buy some exotics keep an eye out for that ghost mod.
Can I just say Lumina is really really underrated in PvE and PvP and while it can’t slay out like Thorn if you are good with your noble rounds you can become a menace on the battlefield
if it meant getting rid of 80 gigs of content? Most of that content was criminally underplayed anyway. Imagine having 8 expansions in one game with 13 destinations. You want this shit to be 1000 TBs or do you want a functioning client? Honestly people should be happy these exotics came back in the first place.

I adore Rat King. Imo should be placed much higher on the PvP pick list. Even solo, it's an excellent weapon with the caveat that you have the catalyst. You kill someone, reload, then heal and go invisible for free. On hunter that is literally just double tap circle for instant reload and free health. It's nothing earth shattering, but the health regen is helpful often.
honestly same, I somehow found some people to do some of the raids 3 days before beyond light launched. I got lucky and got 1k first try and anarchy 3rd try, but those were my first raids in a year of playing the game since I have always seen raid exotics as unobtainable. (also I got lucky and purchased Heir Apparent the day before it was removed)

Aside from the godroll threat level I got in the same raid run on the same day, I haven't gotten any other lucky raid loot drops. Just rocket launchers and scout rifles with bad rolls. (But hey, I got Anarchy easily, so I'm not complaining lmao)
Devils ruin is one of the most fun exotics to be put in the game. Run the clip til your last bullet and then charge up the laser. Super stable when firing also. I run it a lot
My favorite “sleeper” weapons 1. Devils ruin: Funny beam weapon with suprise attack dps 2. Fourth horsemen: Its just really funny and fun to use, hard to converse ammo if you want to use it as a normal shotgun tho 3. Sturm: Idk just seems like a banger of a weapon if your good at keeping sturm bullet stacks with drang going, probably not the best pvp weapon because of this fact however
I'm here for all of these. Sidearm fusion rifle combo? Love it just for the surprise potential. Fourth is fun as hell pve and pvp. None of these are maybe optimal picks but I love them.

SYMMETRY, especially with masterwork, melts Arc Knights from almost any distance. It was key to my solo Thorn quest success before the vaulting. I love it now.
Wordline zero's catalyst makes the weapon so much better and it pairs great with devour. One of my favorite builds with charge of light mods equipped and it's ammo economy is also very good!
I think there should be a way to play all the legacy content as most of us did y’know buy it and it’s still story that happened that new players should be able to experience but at the same time I don’t want destiny taking up 200 GB of space on my hard drive

I don't think Lumina's main purpose is to heal others though. Helping others is just a side effect for helping yourself. Blessing of the sky boosts damage and triggers the Wellock passive to give you much faster ability recharge rates. I usually run it with starfire protocol because of the faster ability recharge rates.

I understand why Leviathan's Breath is a bit of a no-show for most activities, but I think it is a MUST HAVE if you play a lot of Gambit. Being able to one-hit enemies or invaders even when they're in a Super is so useful and the arrow magnetism (on a controller at least) makes it the easiest One Man Army farmers I own.
Ive played a fair bit of gambit, statistically rated really high as i do use some of the best (like anarchy,snipers,mt,etc.) Not once have i even seen a leviathans. Snipers are vastly superior, even xeno and things like jotuun are better. Even truth would be a better option. Although saying that 90% of the time its always a god damn sniper

Fourth Horseman carried me through the boss fights in BL when I was under-levelled. It has big boi stagger. With the catalyst the reload isn't to bad (plus can extra shot so even better burst). Also a lot of fun
I have more hours in with bows than any other weapon, I happily picked up le monarque first :) been having a ton of fun in pve and pvp with it, I hope bungie gives it a catalyst! Even if it was something simple like the poison aoe procs on a perfect draw regardless of whether you hit a precision shot id be super happy, if not a draw time buff would be great. Probably gonna get legend of acrius or anarchy next! So many choices!
I used to run Bad Juju everywhere in D1, I don't know what went wrong, but it simply feels weaker in terms of damage and weaker in terms of super charging. Sad

Skip if you don’t care about Bottom Tree Dawnblade (long post) Bottom Tree Dawnblade has been left in the dust through so many seasons now that I honestly wonder if Bungie has forgotten about it. I don’t think it would take much to buff it into a decent subclass. These are just my thoughts. 1. Increase base movement speed I think this would be a nice quality of life change so that the super won’t feel as slugging while in the super compared to Top Tree, as well as getting rid of part of the need for Transversive steps (I personally don’t care for auto-loading). 2. Rework Phoenix Dive Change it to do the dive animation faster both in start-up and fall speed. Allow for upward movement by pushing forward (w) and air dash (whatever you have it bound to) with a limiting height increase, maybe 15 meters. Downward fall is infinite or until contact. Both upward and downward movement can be canceled by either hitting air dash button again or by releasing, depending on whether air dash is toggle or hold. Downward dash has the same animation if the dive is maintained until the end of the animation for a heal, the dive can also be cancelled early without health regen or fall damage negation but normal ready speed and no swinging gun animation upon landing. Give a cooldown indicator for Phoenix Dive and reduce cooldown to 3 seconds. Health regen values stay the same. Maybe name it Phoenix Flash (nice alliteration) with the two variations being Phoenix Soar and Phoenix Dive. 3. Exchange Igniting Touch for Celestial Fire Swap Celestial Fire and Igniting Touch between Top Tree and Bottom Tree Dawnblade. Not only does it make more sense for Attunement of Flame to have Celestial Fire, it would alleviate some of the annoyance the community has with Top Tree Dawn in its current state. These are just my ideas on what could be done to make Bottom Tree Dawnblade viable without becoming overpowered. Please let me know what you think, and I’ll try to repost this wherever I can for maximum exposure and feedback. Thank you. Tl;dr Add a base movement speed boost to the subclass. Rework Phoenix Dive so that the boost can go up or down along with quality of life changes. Swap Celestial Fire and Igniting Touch (melee abilities). For specifics, please read.

@@Mario998plays Izanagi was also pretty long, Truth was pretty long, 4th was timegated so it took pretty long, etc. The reason the listed exotics aren’t in there is because A.) 3 of them were available literally just last season and B) the two secret quests will probably rotate in and out with time. Also Outbreak quest was not long at all, just hard due to the mission.
Heir Apparent is coming in a future event, not sure about Whisper/Outbreak but I’d imagine those need to return. Witherhoard and Effigy were Arrivals content not sure if it’ll enter the random exotic loot pool
Polaris Lance definitely falls into "I just really like this gun". One of my all time favorites for pvp and pve, but there are definitely better options.

@@lonesnip3rwolf It's a random drop from rewards, usually higher chances from Nightfalls and end-game content (which I assume is still a bit far from where you're at if you're new)
Xur has a chance of selling it each week (this week is Cerberus+1 for example) so always keep an eye on his stock!
You can also get them from the exotic engram rewards Xur sells and from the ones given with the season pass level ups.
It's a matter of luck, I had bad luck and ended up getting it as my second-to-last reward from the engram (you can check the "pool" of rewards and you'll keep getting a random new one until you have them all)

You know Tommy's Matchbook gains accuracy and has less recoil while hip-firing. You aren't supposed to aim it. Also when paired with Devour on Voidwalker and Ophidian Aspect gloves, it becomes a monster.
I think Rat King with the catalyst is amazing in solo PvE. Constant invis and health refresh is perfect for soloing endgame activities.

It’s benefits of speed and radar seemed much more attractive in D1, back when I was young and naive.
It's literally a normal scout rifle that takes up your exotic slot that makes you move a little faster and gives you third eye. Hunters have plenty of stuff that makes them move faster, why waste a whole exotic slot

At the height of my Gambit Invading career, I mained Leviathan's Breath. Such a good bow.
I get performance anxiety when i invade and lose my wood.
One of my friends maimed Leviathans breath in Comp, and only hit precision hits.
Leviathan’s Breath, with the right perks, along with its insane damage, can get work done. I mained it since it came out and it never let me down. I only let go of it because of beyond light, but even then I still use it because of its knock back and damage dealing potential. I’m willing to bet, that if it ever got a draw time decrease, you could one phase Taniks in DSC.

In Gambit it's a deadly Bow for ad clearing and honestly fantastic for picking off when invading

Keep in mind that Sturm is very strong in PvP right now, it has the highest range of any hand cannon in the game while also having very smooth and manageable recoil compared to other 120rpm hand cannons
The "Oh So Comfortable" Thorn. This expansion really made it decent for PVE as well as PVP now.

I might be a bit over exaggerating but it is my favorite exotic and I love it to bits, if you have it in your vault then please give it a try
It is down right oppressive if you can land your head shots. I lost like 3 games pushing for legend in comp to a team that had an extremely skilled le monarque user and on the smaller maps it was just nasty you stay one shot so long it’s hard for their team to not be able to push in and clean you up. I spent the entire series against them hugging walls like my life depended on it...because it did!
Being a hunter with max Oathkeeper and two bow reload mods, it’s one of my new favorite strategies.
My guy. Le Monarque is pretty much the only good bow. We bow users would like to keep it that way so we don't discuss it. SHHHHH;)

One of my favorite guns to use rn in pvp is sturm because the buffed it to a 120 rpm and slightly increased the range, if you run it with the catalyst, you can be getting 90+ headshot damage from 30 to 40 meters away, I feel like sturm is really overlooked. The fact that nessus isnt vaulted means you can still do the quest.

As long as you understand the concept of trading aggro and hitting/running, and pack void+splash resistance on your armor, this week's Nightfall is farmable for some relatively easy prisms. But it is very brutal with that increased void damage buff

I am as well, but I have been working to get the materials I need for the monument. One things that is super helpful for my grind right now is the ghost mod called "great core harvest" and you can get that for any of the core activities (Strikes, pvp, gambit.) They reward enhancement prisms for doing certain things within those game modes so if you want to buy some exotics keep an eye out for that ghost mod.
Can I just say Lumina is really really underrated in PvE and PvP and while it can’t slay out like Thorn if you are good with your noble rounds you can become a menace on the battlefield

I adore Rat King. Imo should be placed much higher on the PvP pick list. Even solo, it's an excellent weapon with the caveat that you have the catalyst. You kill someone, reload, then heal and go invisible for free. On hunter that is literally just double tap circle for instant reload and free health. It's nothing earth shattering, but the health regen is helpful often.
I use it with the graviton forfeit hunter exotic and falling guillotine. It’s improved my pvp and pve by a lot

Yea I started through the catalyst grind and came up one node on the chalice short, just needed the last 8k but it was to late.
Given Heir Apparent got removed the only one i need is that fusion rifle pistol. I don't raid so i can't get any of the raid exotics.
honestly same, I somehow found some people to do some of the raids 3 days before beyond light launched. I got lucky and got 1k first try and anarchy 3rd try, but those were my first raids in a year of playing the game since I have always seen raid exotics as unobtainable. (also I got lucky and purchased Heir Apparent the day before it was removed)

Just rocket launchers and scout rifles with bad rolls. (But hey, I got Anarchy easily, so I'm not complaining lmao)

Devils ruin is one of the most fun exotics to be put in the game. Run the clip til your last bullet and then charge up the laser. Super stable when firing also. I run it a lot

My favorite “sleeper” weapons
1. Devils ruin: Funny beam weapon with suprise attack dps
2. Fourth horsemen: Its just really funny and fun to use, hard to converse ammo if you want to use it as a normal shotgun tho
3. Sturm: Idk just seems like a banger of a weapon if your good at keeping sturm bullet stacks with drang going, probably not the best pvp weapon because of this fact however
I'm here for all of these. Sidearm fusion rifle combo? Love it just for the surprise potential. Fourth is fun as hell pve and pvp. None of these are maybe optimal picks but I love them.

I love devil's ruin though. I love having a primary and trace rifle in the same weapon. And a great bonus that it hurts champions.
SYMMETRY, especially with masterwork, melts Arc Knights from almost any distance. It was key to my solo Thorn quest success before the vaulting. I love it now.
Wordline zero's catalyst makes the weapon so much better and it pairs great with devour. One of my favorite builds with charge of light mods equipped and it's ammo economy is also very good!
I don’t think the ace of spades quest should’ve been removed. It’s a very important story weapon, so it should’ve been worked around
I think there should be a way to play all the legacy content as most of us did y’know buy it and it’s still story that happened that new players should be able to experience but at the same time I don’t want destiny taking up 200 GB of space on my hard drive
I don't know, devil's ruin can do some serious work in pvp. Takes a little getting used to, but it can work just as well as a good special weapon

I don't think Lumina's main purpose is to heal others though. Helping others is just a side effect for helping yourself. Blessing of the sky boosts damage and triggers the Wellock passive to give you much faster ability recharge rates. I usually run it with starfire protocol because of the faster ability recharge rates.

The fun here is that the Kiosk is the same in Norwegian Kiosk is a small building or shop where newspapers, magazines, ice cream, sweets, tobacco and the like are sold. The word comes from the Turkish köşk which means «gazebo» or «garden pavilion».
I understand why Leviathan's Breath is a bit of a no-show for most activities, but I think it is a MUST HAVE if you play a lot of Gambit. Being able to one-hit enemies or invaders even when they're in a Super is so useful and the arrow magnetism (on a controller at least) makes it the easiest One Man Army farmers I own.

Ive played a fair bit of gambit, statistically rated really high as i do use some of the best (like anarchy,snipers,mt,etc.) Not once have i even seen a leviathans. Snipers are vastly superior, even xeno and things like jotuun are better. Even truth would be a better option.

Fourth Horseman carried me through the boss fights in BL when I was under-levelled. It has big boi stagger. With the catalyst the reload isn't to bad (plus can extra shot so even better burst).

I have more hours in with bows than any other weapon, I happily picked up le monarque first :) been having a ton of fun in pve and pvp with it, I hope bungie gives it a catalyst! Even if it was something simple like the poison aoe procs on a perfect draw regardless of whether you hit a precision shot id be super happy, if not a draw time buff would be great. Probably gonna get legend of acrius or anarchy next! So many choices!
I used to run Bad Juju everywhere in D1, I don't know what went wrong, but it simply feels weaker in terms of damage and weaker in terms of super charging. Sad

Bottom Tree Dawnblade has been left in the dust through so many seasons now that I honestly wonder if Bungie has forgotten about it. I don’t think it would take much to buff it into a decent subclass. These are just my thoughts.
1. Increase base movement speed
I think this would be a nice quality of life change so that the super won’t feel as slugging while in the super compared to Top Tree, as well as getting rid of part of the need for Transversive steps (I personally don’t care for auto-loading).
2. Rework Phoenix Dive
Change it to do the dive animation faster both in start-up and fall speed. Allow for upward movement by pushing forward (w) and air dash (whatever you have it bound to) with a limiting height increase, maybe 15 meters. Downward fall is infinite or until contact.
Both upward and downward movement can be canceled by either hitting air dash button again or by releasing, depending on whether air dash is toggle or hold. Downward dash has the same animation if the dive is maintained until the end of the animation for a heal, the dive can also be cancelled early without health regen or fall damage negation but normal ready speed and no swinging gun animation upon landing.
Give a cooldown indicator for Phoenix Dive and reduce cooldown to 3 seconds. Health regen values stay the same. Maybe name it Phoenix Flash (nice alliteration) with the two variations being Phoenix Soar and Phoenix Dive.
3. Exchange Igniting Touch for Celestial Fire
Swap Celestial Fire and Igniting Touch between Top Tree and Bottom Tree Dawnblade. Not only does it make more sense for Attunement of Flame to have Celestial Fire, it would alleviate some of the annoyance the community has with Top Tree Dawn in its current state.
These are just my ideas on what could be done to make Bottom Tree Dawnblade viable without becoming overpowered. Please let me know what you think, and I’ll try to repost this wherever I can for maximum exposure and feedback. Thank you.
