Some time ago I bought a Pro Gear Realo with a Cross Nib. The pen worked as it should and looks okay I guess, but the nib steals the show every time. If Sailor ever restores production of their specialty nibs I suggest anyone wanting to explore various line variations check one out. The style nib which Sailor call Cross Nib is actually a Chinese Calligraphy Nib, modified by double stacking the tines and cutting the tip into fourths instead of half. The nib also falls in the group called Architect/Arabic/Hebrew nibs, but more loosely. Whatever it is it's a kick to use. Cheers.
thats an interestng fine(d) I have a sailor H-MF (hard med/fine) and it writes like ..... a medium fine.... but as a user we do have to remember that not every nib writes equal... they have their own ... personality if you will; however, still in the vain in which their size is.

It's a very beautiful pen, but Sailors are way too expensive .... especially the Realos....
They are really expensive, but I'm impulsive and that's how this one came into my possession haha.
