Alot of people in the comments seem to not understand the white blinking light on the Swedish and Finnish crossings. It means the crossing is clear and you can go. Red means stop. Some Swedish designs dont have white. Most Swedish designs only have the white on the right side of the road. Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Czech have similar setups for lights. White = Go. Red = Stop. If anyone is wondering, my channel has one video of just a blinking white Swedish level crossing.

If the white light is flashing it means that it's safe to cross and it's possible to go at a higher speed if you cross the level crossing.
The white light is the appoach light and warns anyone not to cross on the tracks
