How long did it take you to Smoke a those ribs.

I just bought this and am worried I can't smoke a brisket in it since it only says it gets up to 165. Have you made a brisket in this and if so, how???

@audreystarr6166 - I used my Little Chief Smoker just for the smoking aspect. I smoked it for about 8 hours then made sure I cooked it well on the grill (wrapped aluminum foil).
