    i relate so much to everything you said! Thank you so much for posting this even though you weren't sure of it! I needed to hear everything you said as I'm in this rn, isolating cause I can't bear, working from home but not earning a lot, and have been for a while. It's needed time but it makes you feel guilty and alone. I have asked for help and now finally after 6 months Ill hopefully get help, cause I need it. Supergood video and important

    that feeling while in the middle of work or just anytime of the day you find yourself spaced out and lost out of nowhere, in a minute you're fine suddenly stops and your mind tells you,.are you good enough, does that effort good enough,.you want to ignore but eventually it will catch up to you again later in the day while walking on your way home or in bed before going to sleep before you know its already past midnight
