    Watching this in my 30s really resonates with me! Some of the advice I’ve come across before but didn’t take seriously at the time, while other insights are brand new to me. Either way, I’m so grateful for this, and I truly believe it’s going to make a positive impact on my future. Thanks for sharing!

    I’m in my mid 30s and some of these are hitting me hard. “Don’t be people pleaser” is so true when you realize not everyone at work will like you, you just need to stay true to yourself

    Agree with the Seattle Freeze lol.
    I grew up in WA state my whole life before moving to Seattle for college and work, but I often see transplants struggle to make friends and give a bad word about Seattle.

    About 21 quarter life transition, its a bit shortsighted. You will have been idealistic and productive for a little bit. Dont forget to play, it will encourage imagination, connections between ideas, unique solutions, humor and you will be interesting to gain more friends

    Controlling emotions is a terrible advice, this leads to a depression. You should resolve emotions.
