took a lot to edit and upload this...just seeing how I struggle everyday to be where I am right now...feeling a little bit proud of myself too...
I hope it reaches the right people and help you too...it takes so much for me also to get up everyday or decide to do something because the littlest decision is sooo draining. some may see this as drama sad girl tingz that's why I've been very avoidant to share anything about my mental health because I feel very exposed and vulnerable...but I got so much help from other people who shared theirs and here's my "little" help for those who are also struggling
