Interesting additions to the stash. I'm always amazed at your knowledge of the 1960s muscle cars and their production numbers etc, so your Shelby builds should be interesting. That '94 Mustang kit is pristine; hard to believe it is 30 years old.
That stuff sticks in my head but birthdays, phone numbers, and names don’t stick very well. I’m one of those guys who remembers what car they drive thou!
Just picked up the Charger and Shelby from my local hobby shop after Christmas. I'm looking at Mopar B5 Blue from MCW Paint for the Charger. with a white tail stripe. (white interior) The Shelby box art catches my attention so much, I'll have to try duplicating that combo. Even though I don't usually like white cars, your white with blue stripe and red interior will be hard to resist.
I had to have the Chargers long ago before Revell did the stock version 68. I built a 68 from the Landy kit combined with the 69 Charger RT. I also bought two Modelhaus Resin 70 Charger RT based off the MPC kits and then got a nice 70 MPC rebuilder. I did find some MPC annuals as well. So I had all the Chargers before Revell came out with the 70. I think that is why I haven’t built one yet.
Thanks. I have a few of older 69 GT500 fastback kits already and also two of the 69 GT500 convertible kits. If it's a Shelby. I have to get one! Only one that I have not picked up is the MPC 83 Shelby Charger. Just havn't ran into one yet, but I do have one of the Monogram Snap kits in my stash.
It's funny you should mention the 68 shelby. I bought one recently just for the cammer and found that the box with the ivey gold car has been stripped of all optional parts...
Nice haul! I want to get one of those Comets. I built the Nicholson car and had a real hard time with the front suspension. Probably mostly my bad. Your'e going to love the engine. It's a total beauty!
Nice adds, especially the Comet and Shelby. That 94 kit is a great kit, too. Looking forward to the builds. I built my Revell 69 Mach I whit with red interior, the Shelby ought to be a looker.
Thank you. 70 Shelby will be interesting. I thought it was cool to see so many colors on one car. White body, black stripes on hood. Blue side stripes and red interior. Same for 69 Mach 1. Like the one you built. White, with red side stripes, red interior and hood black out.
A bunch of nice stash adds! I recently received that 1970 Charger R/T kit. Looking forwsrd to building it, but I'm wanting to watch a couple YT build videos first. 😊
@TheMuscleCarModeler ok let me dig it out, I picked it up at bookmans a few months ago so it shouldn't be buried in the stash to deep, I have your email saved in my emails, I'm in Tucson so it shouldn't take long to get it to you
Min wage in the state of KY is $7.25 as is The national Standard minimum wage, so in reality the cost of the Kits have went up to close to $50.00 while people are having to work upwards of a full days work just to afford a couple cans of paint, a model kit, and some glue, Modeling is just not worth it anymore, as a kid I remember kits being $12.99-$20 and it's ridiculous to see a hobby about cars one cant afford in real life become Unaffordable to the people who built said hobby. it's insanely saddening, and these companies are justifying the rising cost with 0 responses or proof, especially for what I call "Re-issue Re-hash Hell" Kits from the 60s, 70s and early 80's no real Mold improvements and twice the flash. I just wish people wouldn't Justify the cost of these kits with "Well Min wage is 15 dollars in my state" when there are more states with sub $10 wages Versus. the opposite.
I know the federal minimum wage is 7.25 and it has not been raised by the feds since 2009. Many states have adapted their own minimum wage. I was just looking and Kentucky looks to be one of a few states that don’t have their own minimum wage. Now I’m wondering if employers are actually paying only that in Kentucky?
Nice stash adds, have fun building!
Thank you, I am!
You picked up some fantastic kits and products 🔥💯💪🏾
Thank you! I'm glad you think so.

I watched his unboxing video! I had already ordered one but it was not here then. Was nice to see what it had.
Nice! I definitely want to try to get that Comet
I have the model king funnycar version from a few years back and that 70s Charger is sweet too
Cool. The Comet looks great! I’m going to start that one soon.

Quite the month for your stash! So many cool ones. I'm looking forward to watching them get completed.
Thank you, I'm looking forward to building them as well!

Wow, I didn't know that. The newest ones I have are the 2007 issue AMT # 38560, also Ivey Gold but blue backround box.
Nice I have had that Comet and Dyno Don's for a while now.. I hear there is a new 289 ci Comet Coming out soon ..
I saw that also! I’ll have to get that one also.
Nice haul! I want to get one of those Comets. I built the Nicholson car and had a real hard time with the front suspension. Probably mostly my bad. Your'e going to love the engine. It's a total beauty!
I’m looking forward to the SOHC!
Great stash add. Love that 70 charger and the Lamborghini. Im hoping mobeus releases the Maverick or Mercury comet
I’m interested in the Maverick. Not to mention the 65 Nova SS.
Nice stash adds!👍
Thank you! I'm always looking for new projects but shouldn’t!
Love the Comet!! Looking for 1 to build! 😎🏆
Cool. I’m sure it’s as easy as the 65 Coronet and 65 Satellites I built!
Nice adds, especially the Comet and Shelby. That 94 kit is a great kit, too. Looking forward to the builds. I built my Revell 69 Mach I whit with red interior, the Shelby ought to be a looker.

I recently received that 1970 Charger R/T kit. Looking forwsrd to building it, but I'm wanting to watch a couple YT build videos first. 😊
I also have the Fast and Furious version and for some reason. I’m itching to build that one.
Looks like a bunch of really cool kits! I'd LOVE to have one of those F40s, I can't make myself spend the money though.
Thanks. It’s tough sometimes and sometimes I feel a bit guilty spending money on this stuff when there are other things that I could be using it on.
Thanks for the video! I have picked up the Charger, Shelby, and wrecker, but am still thinking about the Comet and Porsche :-)
Both kits look good!
Some cool models!
Thanks!
I have that yellow 94 mustang kit, I'm not going to use the wheels if you want them you can have them
Sure, email me @ musclecarmodeler@gmail.com

$20 an hour minimum wage here in Washington.
I read that they are the highest in the nation. We are actually at 14.70 in the Phoenix area. Tucson and Flagstaff are higher.
I like the camaro, but the rims suck. And the shelby and the comet would be cool too.
I don't like the custom wheels either, but it does also have the stock ZL1 wheels.
