Listening is so important. In fact it is essential. Nowadays young people are so wrapped up with their mobile devices they don't seem able to have real face to face conversations. Everything is so superficial. I wonder if they actually interact ie. Do they really listen or are they totally self-absorbed? I see youngsters in a group but each one has a mobile phone in hand communicating with someone outside that group. What is the point?
