Am international student( 1st time leaving my family and living abroad alone) , after the 1st semester, I was back to my hometown to spend a month of winter holiday with my family. Yesterday I came back to this country where I study after hectic flight with 5h layout. When I entered the flat it was cold, empty and lifeless. My family is quite big and very noisy and I love that abt them. We also have many pets. The moment I entered the flat it hit me that am now alone again, no lunches together no fights with my siblings no playing with my pets or the family kids. I missed each one of them and also ofc my bff and my boyfriend. It felt terrible and was almost panicking. I had the I need my mom kind of feeling I don't want to be strong independent 😂. But I tried to distract myself so I cleaned the flat and cooked then lighted my fav candle and watched some videos on this channel. I want to thank every asmr content creator you guys really help idk for others but for me it works. Tysm 🤍

Update: I feel less lonely now, especially since my roomie has returned to the dorm and luckily we get along. Also am immersed in presentations and exams so no time to feel lonely haha😄

I flew back to a town I study in and idk I was just so anxious? Stressed? Which was weird cause normally I'm so happy to be back but I was all tensed and just tired then I remembered I had your Spotify episode of this vid saved and let me tell u the breathing in and out made me so peaceful and comfy in a train back home; like usually I'm telling my friends to chill and breathe in and breathe out just focus on this but it's harder to tell that to yourself - so thank you.
