The message was focused on the strong probability of people being very defensive during these times, which now that I think about it, is kind of in line with the cancer energy that is depicted by the crab. The crab has a hard outer shell and is very protective. We are being encouraged to be mindful of ourselves and of our energy and how it impacts and influences.
Our guides want us to think about how we can contribute to a better, more aligned environment and world. This boils down to having an internal process, a checking system, I'm hearing "checks and balances," that will help you consistently take responsibility where necessary. I mentioned having a stillness practice that can be helpful, but one thing I forgot to mention was therapy! Therapy is always useful, but especially now you may want to consider it.
