One of the most important things I learned and the hardest to really grasp is not focus on my weight and eat more. As someone who was once overweight it was a struggle- I don’t even get on a scale anymore as what the scale would say would impact how the image in the mirror looked to me which is crazy.

After medically retiring from the military I definitely lost my way with fitness and wellness. Finally hitting an all time low I started looking around and found your podcast I have began the journey to get back into shape and become more healthy for my kids sake. You bring a lot of real life issues with trying to be healthy. It has helped tremendously.

It’s been half a year and you guys really changed my life. I really took my time and through the stuff I learned from mind pump, I fixed my unhealthy relationship with food, stopped being bulimic, and overall just feel a lot better without overworking myself either ❤️😭thank you guys so much, literal lifesavers

The content that you guys put out is amazing but it really starts to click even more once you pick up one of your programs... I've been listening to the show for a few months now and have learned a lot... but once I bought a bundle and actually started one of the programs everything you guys talk about has meaning now and makes way more sense! Buying the program was the missing piece of the puzzle that I needed! The changes that I'm seeing in my physique already from running your program makes it all worth it! 👊

I have been binge listening for the past year and I've made it through 550 episodes and I'm soaking in everything that is being taught and encouraged. I've changed how I work out and have begun listening to my body vs pushing beast mode and the balance I have found is incredible! I feel strong and healthy and I've learned so much! Thank you so much for everything that you do and the passion that radiates as you speak!

I've always seen exercising and going to the gym as a daunting task because there is so much information (both legit and lies). But listening to your podcast has really helped and guided me in starting my fitness journey. I'm seeing results without having to make drastic changes to what I eat.

You guys have taught me so much about the science and mechanics of fitness. But more importantly, through watching your show Ive finally learned that there’s more to life than being as small as possible. The last year I’ve applied concepts I’ve learned through watching and now I’m stronger than ever and can eat more. This is a far better way to live. 🙏

Hello, my name is Glenda and it has been five weeks since I traded my spin bike for trigger sessions. It’s been almost that long since I peeled off the heart rate monitor I insisted I couldn’t train without since I was gifted my first almost three decades ago. And I haven’t stepped on the scale in all this time. I’ve been lifting weights for over 30 years, been doing cardio for 40, and weighing pretty much daily for longer than I can count, so this is kind of a big deal…and I have y’all to thank!! I’m a Personal Trainer and have been in this industry for 20 years. I KNOW cardio isn’t ideal for long term weight loss, but I do quite enjoy it. That being said, after 30+ years of lifting weights, I decided - because of you three - to start my first ever bulk about five weeks ago. While I am having a difficult time with all the food, I’ve been binging the podcast to keep my eye on the prize. If I’m awake, I’m listening to your melodic voices. 😉 I can’t thank you all enough for everything you do for gen pop and fit pros, alike! 🙏🏻💛🙏🏻💛🙏🏻💛🙏🏻 (oh, and you can assure Adam that this Fit Pro owns Prime and Prime Pro!) 😉

Today, I just did my first weight increase on my bench. I have been keeping it light because of yrs of bad body alignment. I had given up on doing any weights till I found you guys. Then I did months of Prime, and then started with weights, and I been following advice I picked up from Adam, where he stated his wife postpartum did Anabolic in reverse, that advice really resonated with me, to make my progress my own to fit my needs. I have also been following Sal's advice to split workouts. I converted my office to have equipment in it. I take breaks and do part of my workout or prime, I think the frequency hit has paid of dividends

No other channel on TH-cam has the ability to make information like this digestible and entertaining. Appreciate the focus on the science and facts BUT with a behavioural lens applied. It makes a such a huge difference. I hope everyone on the Mind Pump team can sit back at the end of the day and know that they are making lives better. These guys could sell out so hard and just promote whatever crap pre-workout paid them the most that week, but they don't. They know that what they say matters and that empowering the community to achieve their own goals is far more valuable then making as much money as possible in the shortest time. Keep it up team!

First heard about you guys mid 2019, first month in the gym. The bench press was something that intimated me since I was so much skinnier than everyone else that used it. I decided to face my fears and take the plunge. I tried with just the bar... so far so good. Added 10s... ok I got it. Put a 25LB plate, bar went down to my chest and didn't come back up. A gym bro saw me struggling and help get get the weight off. He then gave me some good advice on technique, like leg drive and not flaring my elbows out. After a good long chat with him, I asked him where I can get good information on exercise, he told me "Mind Pump is the way to go". Checked you guys out and been following the podcast ever since. Thank you guys and random gym bro!

This is THE best fitness podcast out there. So many people are caught up with what’s “optimal” and have shiny object syndrome, but you guys make all your advice really simple to understand for free.
After lifting for high school football for 4 years, where my strength absolutely blew up, I didn’t know where to take my fitness journey after I graduated. Knowing that I always wanted to look my best, I looked up to everyone’s inspiration, Arnold.
This sent me down a bad loop where I was terribly overtraining, and my first cut was a disaster, where I thought any chicken was amazing for me. When I found your podcast, I started to put on real size and am about to finish my real first cut, and I can’t thank you guys enough!

Hey guys, been watching your show for awhile now but this is my first time commenting. I have learned a lot just from hearing you talk about fitness. When Covid hit my husband and I got some bad health news so we started to get serious about our bodies. We tried different diets all around and fitness workouts. We got our weight down and I personally hit a amazing weight goal for myself. The problem is that now things are slowing returning back to normal in the world we have pretty much gained all that weight back :( This makes us sad because we were doing so well but we were also really under calories and while we were eating good whole foods and still are any deviation from that seems to put us right back where we started. We are still committed to our health and getting fit, we are not giving up. Your show has been a great help in that regard. Thank you so much for all you do!

Want to say thank you guys for being so down to earth and honest in all your advice. I started working out back in Feb 22, by taking your advice and changing my way of thinking when it comes to weight loss I've been able to cut 40+lbs and have built a little over 3lbs of muscle. This may not sound like a lot but as someone who was close to 335lbs, struggling with anxiety & has a heart condition I needed to make a more change. Thank you for all that you guys do

I'm 50 on Sunday and my goal was to hit my goal by then. I won't get to my goal since I still have another 10kg to lose but I am still a winner. I will get to my goal. I will never go back. So many times I underestimate my calories. The only thing that really helped me lose fat was setting a 1200 calorie budget knowing I would underestimate and go over. That helped me give myself a calorie buffer in order to maintain a caloric deficit. This is the best fitness show period! Thanks guys!

Love the break down on intuitive eating. Understanding cravings verses a nutritional need were so helpful because I have felt broken because I didn't understand why I couldn't just listen to my body and eat based on need. For me, it's about finding peace with food and the balance in my perimenopausal state.

I've seen so much "advice" about purchasing workout programs, since there are so many free ones available. I was always unsure which program to choose from, since I didn't want to run a bad program. I found this podcast, and after listening to you guys for a while now just pouring amazing advice and information out into the world for free, I think you guys convinced me to at least try your workout programs. I want to do it properly, so I think I'll start with MAPS Anabolic, however, seeing this super bundle giveaway, it just super generous for you guys to give this out for free to someone. I have a big fitness journey ahead of me, I want to lose about 50-60lbs of body fat and also put on some muscle. I plan on taking your advice first, and spend the first 2-3 months looking to get stronger and raise my metabolism before I go into a cut. All I'm missing now is a good effective workout program 👊

I really want to follow a good and structured workout plan and the super bundle will really help me out! I don't live in the united states and it's hard to find PTs here that believe in what you guys are preaching all the time - lift heavy to lose weight (everyone over here wants to put me on some form of a circuit training always) and I want to prove it to them that this technique works!

I have really appreciated your content, and I've only barely scratched the surface of the backlog of videos you have. There is so much good and applicable knowledge that you share, and I have tried to implement it in my life as well as share it with various family members who have their struggles as well. I have every intention of eventually buying some of your programs as I believe they would greatly benefit my health. I've got 2 kids, 6 and 4 with another on the way. Being able to improve my quality of life through my health as well as functional everyday strength is a big goal, as well as the general health benefits as I'm type 1 diabetic. I've always been an active/athletic person, but getting more and more submersed in my job the last couple years has thrown me off of good habits. If I am lucky enough to get this, or any package (whether through giveaway or by purchase, I would love to do some form of extensive review of the benefits your programs provide). I get bloodwork done on a regular (3-month) basis for my diabetes, and would be easy to ask for any additional bloodwork that would be helpful for your work. Anyways, love your content and the comedic yet sincere approach y'all have. Keep up the wonderful work, I know we all appreciate what you do, and I hope you can see from the time people take to watch and consume your content as well as spending what money we each can spare at any given point in time to support you in your work. Thank you!

I love your channel. So much knowledge in so many different areas of health, and I love the interaction you guys have and banter! This show is what we needed to know about intuitive eating. When I eat intuitively, I tend to start under eating on accident, and then I binge if I come near processed foods due to greater hunger signals. Processed foods are difficult to eat intuitively, unless you portion them out. So, as you said, you’ve got to learn the portion size and rough macros before you can eat intuitively in order to benefit your health :)

Just came back from vacation in europe. 5 of our party tested covid positive and can't fly home until they test negative and in some cases have been quarantined for a specific number of days, depending on the country they are flying through. Plan flights carefully! Covid may be so last year, but still a PITA.

After losing a lot of weight by myself I was left with a very sad metabolism and maintaining at 1100 cals a day, but in large part thanks to this podcast I can eat like a normal person now, hah, whodve thought. No but really though, you often hear and read about how 80% or more of people who lose serious weight gain it all back, and thats so incredibly demotivating (to me, at least) that it had me giving up before even starting for literal decades. I wish the things that Mindpump teaches us would be more common mainstream knowledge. Keep doing the good work

I've tried every diet, and I've gone from eating every 2 hours to doing a 30 day fast... the easiest way I've found without complicating it is, 1 big meal a day, high protein, just cut out all carbs, just eat meat fruit veg drink water to get lean, plus full body workout high reps to maintain muscle, then when you want to build eat more often add alot of complex carbs and higher calories, if you start to get fat go bk to meat veg fruit water... I don't count calories it's a waste of time and effort, aslong as you're training hard and gaining muscle you can't really mess it up

Anesthesia still works that way fundamentally. They give you a combo of 3 drugs:
    1. A paralyzing agent
    2. Narcotic pain meds
    3. Medications to make you forget

I'm a fresh kinesiology graduate and a trainer of 6 months. I have been training clients but still feel the sense of imposter syndrome and really want to feel confident in my programming skills. Would your programs like anabolic, performance, and aesthetics be ideal to take a look at for my clients that train with me in person for 1-3 days in person? Would they be applicable towards them! Thanks so much for all the advice and knowledge! Wish you all the best!
