All these comments about the washing machine being in the kitchen...I don't understand? It's really common to have the washing machine in the kitchen even in the UK. However, if I lived in Thailand I would certainly just use the outside laundry services where your clothes are cleaned, dried, ironed and folded for pennies lol Great presentation and nice find, guys! For some, this is plenty sufficient, especially for the location. Really enjoying the videos - keep them coming :).
@@xfgteear1 Exciting! The Copacabana is a beautiful project, one on our list to film. If you need help looking for long term accommodation give us a shout - happy to help. How long do you plan to stay in Pattaya?
Nice video! For me the two bedrooms, two bathrooms is a fail. The condo would have been much better setup as a single bedroom unit with the same total square meters. Now everything looks crammed into a too small space.
@TheFinestRealEstate up to 110k baht. The bigger the better. My personal preference is pratumnak and jom tien. I've already seen la royal beach and royal cliff. 😊 thanks
@TheFinestRealEstate I'm also interested in rentals like in this video that I've attached link for. Thanks again in advance. th-cam.com/video/a6ZpPW1zz7E/w-d-xo.htmlsi=WKtmTkagbY_HUA1F
Hm. To be honest I am a bit diasppointed. The presentation is really done well (I do watch several thai real estate channels). I like the building, but I dont like it is not really beach front. There is so much building going on (especially in Pattaya), I would be afraid that the seaview gets more obstructed. Also I have seen better condo layouts. If I pay 10.ooo.ooo or more for a condo, I expect a really nice bath with at least a tub (better would be whirltub), ideally also with seaview. There should be a balcony... this was also really nothing to write home about in this condo. You got a like from me anyways (because presentation was really good). Also I subscribed... lets see what will be up next. Basically I am interested in Condos with beach view/ beach front (or close to impossible to get obstructed), price up to 20.ooo.ooo at a max (more likely at around half of that). 2bedrooms or more, a good bathroom at least, spacious balcony and 70sqm to 150sqm.

We find that new builds these days are getting smaller (even down to 20sqm), if you’re wanting something that has more space you’ll have to sacrifice location or go for something much older. Hope that helps, be sure to stick around as we have many more tours to come! P.s Cherry is very cute 🐶
I'm pretty sure all these negative commenters have never been in that building or stayed a night. It's a really nice place to stay. Most of the viewers are likely of low means and don't want to drop this sort of money for a small apartment. For those of us with a much higher budget, I found it great for short term
We compared this condo to one in central London 😳 - check the link

Amazing love the view of the ocean and sunset would make a great holiday home/getaway.

Very classy couple and a 10 out of 10 production . Wishing you two tons of success.

Thanks for adding the rents at the end for each bedroom type. Useful info.

Totally agree, but the developer can charge more if they say it’s 2 bed 2 bath.

I know the location it’s a nice area. Near the Muscle Factory right?
Great video, question how do they utilities work with the higher floors and the heat from lower levels?.
Thank you! There is AC everywhere 🥶
The dumbbells going up to 50lb is the biggest selling point 😂
Hello, I’m interested in knowing how much would something like this rent out for?
