Finally a no BS video that you can drink some morning coffee to and also get good winter info. :-) Great work bro. Making it past that sketchy part on morrow rock sure payed off.
Great video! I LOVE Sequoia. I was there with my family in February. We did the Big Trees and General Sherman trails. There was a lot of ice and snow so couldn’t do Moro Rock which is why we’re going back this weekend. My son wants to catch the sunset from the top on his 16th birthday. The 6.5 hour drive from San Diego is worth it for sure! Thanks for capturing the beauty. Great video!
Questrunner, these are 3 great places but you're missing the best secret place in Sequoia. It's Mineral King Valley. It has its own entrance to the park up a 25 mile dead end road to a tiny village that used to be a mining town. Mineral King Valley has the most beautiful trail network in the entire park, and it's also the most lush. Super green, waterfalls all around you, sequoias, you name it. And the hiking trails end at snow-melt lakes at like 11,000 feet up. Check it out, and stay in Silver City, the tiny town way up in the mountains by Mineral King Valley.
Hey man, great video! We're going next week so this was super helpful, hopefully there's good weather like your trip. Just found your channel and subscribed
A very informative video. We are planning to visit this month end. We will definitely put the trails you covered in this video. The views are spectacular 👌.
Hola, Thank you for this videO. I'm planning a trip for this April 2021.. hopefully the campgrounds are reopened because I really want to camp. I will definitely check out these trail's tho 🙂.
Great practical information for a winter trip into this NP for us first timers. Thanks
