I experienced the cosmos… 😂✨💯tho no bs. That red-yellow-orange warm dust 😉 wrapped around my energy… a feeling of everything is all right! ❤️🔥🔥✨ through the spine to the mind… I was there! Then a new black whole was discovered at the time (ah few years ago) with the same 🔥 color surrounding it (the black hole pic from nasa’s Hubble and James web telescope) and that’s when I knew… we have the ability to push limits of our consciousness and all are part of the evolution of the infinite realms of consciousness…
To balance myself is indeed not easy. To find this principle, I also struggled with my ego, to always remember that there are other abilities that exist within us. Hopefully each of us will always find ourselves.

If I were to explain this scientifically I would surmise that during meditation you learn how to stimulate the pineal gland to secrete DMT which would explain many reported experiences

@swartetc - it’s not true at all - you in fact will be able to find a supernatural balance to reality once you start embracing the spiritual side of yourself
there are toxins people are exposed to that disrupt the functions of the pineal. we are self healing, but need to access some information to correctly use this gland. words and thoughts generate miracles ❤
