Very pleasant, clear detailed instruction on a surprisingly confusing submission to master

Incredible instruction. Great details, very well articulated concepts, and great tips for troubleshooting. Loved it.
I'll second the extreme coffee cup anxiety of the previous poster though, hahaha.

Love this content! I love to attack the neck for control, but I’ve always had a hard time finishing with guillotines!

difference between going forward vs down ? 7: 04 is the down really bc you are right under the jaw?

Excellent instructional Josh. I will be working on this for the next month at least. The guillotine is something I struggle with but I desperately want it in my arsenal. As a silly aside, I don't usually have anxiety but the way that coffee cup was so close while she was jumping over... lol I had a hard time concentrating.

I appreciate the kind words. Obviously if you have any questions while working on it just ask. As far as the cup, it was staged like that on purpose to keep people on the edge of their seats! :)

Great instructional. Elbows always in. What brand is that rash guard? I want to get that for my daughter.

It is from our home gym, unfortunately not available anymore. It was always one of my favorites. Thank you for the kind words.

I dont understand guillotines at all which is a shame bc I end up in so many front headlock control positions. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MY HANDS
