    I don’t know how you guys don’t have more views. Is it because you’re only for the hardcores willing to sit through a long-form video? Each one is a free seminar.

      Why would you watch it when you can pay hundreds for Instructionals about what gordon was doing 7 years ago :^)

    7:20 running man escape
    12:42 sit up escape
    12:56 single leg grab
    14:05 reverse hawking?
    19:24 peek out (not really)

    30:26 combination

    regarding the sit out or peak out, you should post your bottom arm right below your shoulder when you do the sit out. and you do not want to go too far in general
    coach brian at teachmegrapping show how to do sit outs. by posting the arm straight below the shoulder, it is a lot easier to move and you can bear more pressure. it is EXTREMELY hard if not practically impossible to effectively sit out if you are on the elbow or your arm is not effectively posted

      Totally agreed, I didn't emphasise that the post must be structurally sound.

    That posture is called the Iron Pillow coined by John Frankl & lot of SBG guys like Henry Akins.

  • @rollinOnCode
    @rollinOnCode 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    do you have any escape transition from the babybridge or hawking?

    • @JorgenMatsi
      @JorgenMatsi 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Well it kinda IMO is still the same - you work to get points of torso off the ground. If necessary (or preferred) you accept guard. Saying that, full babybridge usually ends up in front headlock bottom if you play it smart and in hawking you can try to lift the hips and regain guard OR you will go to running man (and on your knees from there).

    Maybe too much for one day, but you can sit out to the neck side. The finish changes. You don't run to the back you keep turning to the head of your opponent. Your elbow comes high and puts weight down on your opponents head. Keep your back arched and weight into your opponent as you spin through. You will end in the front headlock on top of them. It followes the rules. Your head comes out and you get higher and you make your opponent heavy on the hands.

    • @voimla
      @voimla 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      How do you fight the pressure on the neck to that side? I find it too easy to get folded.
