Who else remembers on the old fifa there were 'early bloomers' and 'lare bloomers'? So, say for example, Wayne Rooney came onto the scene early so he'd grow in stats really fast, yet someone like Jamie Vardy, who spent much of his time in the lower leagues, didn't bloom until late in his career, so he'd grow slower until his latter years when he'd get a growth bonus. Who remembers?

Yeah the player will still grow 2-3 more in overall (if he gets proper playing time)

I would like FIFA 20 career mode to be more unpredictable. In a sense that players don't have fixed potential. They depend on how they play in there respective careers. With injuries affecting them

I feel like potential should be a range for example guendozi could have a min of 75 but a max of soething like 90 it keeps some realism in the game for example someone who is a 53 rated player in league 2 shouldnt be able to grow to 90 but they should have the potential to become a quality player so a range could be 65-76
this leaves plenty of room for players to become legends
I think that maybe performances should also play a big role in growth

It's incredible how Cani's opinion about EA and Fifa changed since he became a "Game Changer". I have to admit that they're doing it very smart because Fifa TH-camrs reach a large groups of Fifa players. The game doesn't change much but we are told that it's way better. Well, it isn't.
Yes, my opinion has changed, you know why? Because I was there and met the community managers and talked to them and saw that they really want to make a difference. My opinion however of FIFA 19 Career Mode not having any true new features and being the same as 18 has never changed. So dont act like we all signed a contract that says we cant talk shit about the game, because we all do, no matter what we signed. This game is far from perfect

Hi. I have a question. Once you changed onto the calendar tab, there was a message that all matches will be simulated once you advance in this fashion. So it means that i should sacrifice playing games to train players, am i right? please help me.
You could still increase his overall. Me and my friend got woodman from a 62 to an 85

How i can train acceleration on player careers mode? Please need really help
There is a simple solution for the automatic player progression system
1 Make player overalls based on key attributes for each specific position. (primary / secondary)
2 make each attribute require experience (XP) to reach the next level on that attribute increasing the XP needed with each level
3 start youth players with close to the prime speed and acceleration then slow the growth with XP
4 Have team and individual focus (none gameplay) training that uses that experience earned in games.
5 Have higher profile games and level of competition games provide more XP per game e.g x2 x3 x4
6 Have form provide temporary boosts or hindrance to key attributes as well as an XP multiplier and divider

Jaroslav Goga no he hasant play as good as people thought he will. he hasant the physicall to be a Premier Leage Midfielder he is just a kid compere to most CM/CDM in Premier Leauge he will do great in FA and the Cup and maybe after 2-3 year he will grow into premier leauge midfielder. dont get me wrong he has the potential in real life but as it is right now he has a long way to go.

If he plays 5th games in starting 11 against teams like Chelsea and ManCity, and he wasnt played bad ... Overall 74 will be fine, but potential must be around 87
Jaroslav Goga man utd produces much better talents and have been produce great talents over the years man utd academy is one of best in english.. and guendouzi isint a player for english premier leauge he lacks in so many areas for like physical is pretty shit. he hasnt done anything other then miss pass the ball and let players run behind him easy. players in man utd plays with U16-21 enlgish squad wich they did go and won the world cup. u21. man utd has one of best academy’s in europe.. Mctommany, hamilton, gomes, and many other have been named next big thing in football by players like ryan giggs, paul scholes, ferdinand player that was world class.. even T. Henry says guendouzi isint a player for arsenal neither for any team in premier leauge as he plays now. so yeah man utd has better youngstars even if they have just played less then 5 games in premier leauge.. dont be stupid and look at history of team that produce young talents..

I bought tonali from brescia with my forest green career mode for 1.5m sold him for 97m to Barcelona a couple seasons later
I play a lot with him and train him but he never grows more than 1-2 a year,I don’t get it how you guys in TH-cam ma age to grow a player more than 3-4 a season because for me it’s impossible and I play a lot of training session...not to say that for players that already are a 86-88 overall no way in hell grow more than 1 a year and a train them like Crazy..

A player will grow 2 times better if you let him play and he plays well
Why did EA underrate him that much? He looks really promising and has started any game at Arsenal so far and is also about to earn his first call up to the French national team. He should have at least 74 and a potential of 86 or 87 as 77 is a joke

There needs to be a better way to train players
Guendouzi has a potential of 85. Training a player in 5 sessions each week is not good. It stunts the growth in all other aspects of the player. You should really only be training a player 2 sessions per week and let them grow in game naturally to hit their full potential.
Guendouzi has a growth rating of 79 on SoFifa website , Torriera has a growth of 85 considering he was Serie A young player of the year giving him 85 is retarded should be a 88/89 while Weah of PSG has 88 growth doing nothing spectacular lol .
The growth system is garbage in Fifa we shouldn't have a potential in game already agreed by EA because their guessing , it should be unlimited growth if a young player has alot of game time and is in great form throughout the career mode.
Tell EA to increase guendouzi potential to at least 85 like so cani can see
