Actually they reinstalled the builders and engines for touring and the City of Long Beach Government just spent $50 billion on her for a 30 year renovation plan.

It was in water, it has a stone wall/ cage around it. I’m sure it’s in some kind of support beams on the bottom of it so it won’t move.
