You can ask for an optionnal alarm installation (or ask a third party garage to do it). As far as I know the alarm is not connected with the media screen and is turned on/off using the "electronic key" of the car

Insert the USB drive and it should work properly. If the menu item is not active, it may indicate that the USB drive is not being read correctly.

You can actually change the background image without hard reset, I think it's done through the Android Auto app on your mobile device. Also I wonder - does playing with this service menu voids the warranty? Any idea?

Can I turn off permanently the lane assist? It's terrible! Essentially in construction zones. I'm constantly fighting against it. You could make an entire video about how shitty this "safety feature" is.
According to the dealer it's only a law in Switzerland. You cannot permanently disable a safety feature. But there is a temporary override button on the left lower dash. You have to press it every time you enter the speed zone (80km in switz). Pain on the ass!
