      Hi, I used a very simple round spout. The size depends on how big the container you use will be. Best regards from Italy.

    500 gr of sugar is too much!! it was nice but super sweet I didn't enjoy it. I'm Italian and generally you put also the withe of the eggs, no need to put all the yolks, unhealthy version for no reason as the taste wasn't better.

Il Tiramisù, come la maggior parte delle ricette di pasticceria, non è stato creato per essere salutare, per quello ci sono i frullati vegani, proteici e cose simili. Che ti piaccia o no, questa è la ricetta originale creata dallo Chef Linguanotto nel ristorante Le Beccarie di Treviso (1970), riconosciuto in Italia come il padre del Tiramisù moderno. Quindi niente albume, marsala, pavesini, o altre simpatiche varianti.
      Hi Libero, since you say you are Italian I will answer you in Italian. Tiramisu, like most pastry recipes, was not created to be healthy, for that there are vegan, protein shakes and the like. Like it or not, this is the original recipe created by Chef Linguanotto at Le Beccarie restaurant in Treviso (1970), recognized in Italy as the father of modern Tiramisu. So no egg whites, marsala, pavesini, or other nice variations.

      The first recipe is the original one by Italian chef Linguanotto of Treviso, commonly recognized in Italy as the inventor of Tiramisu. The second is our own customized version. We are Italians from Cremona, a city in northern Italy. On our Italian channel this video has exceeded 450k views and received many compliments, then you come along....
